Oh and good news (which those who scrapbook will totally understand). I am the proud new owner of The Cricut!!!!
Ac Moore had a special sale today so since I was at work my Mom went to the store and picked it up for me (but I think it is going to be an early Christmas present!).

I AM SO JEALOUS NOW!! When are you moving closer to me so we can use it together???

Also thought I should mention that Baby Christopher is fighting a nasty cold or is it teething - the poor guy is so congested and stuffed up and with that lil' nose it's been a rough day - I went over and took care of him tonight for a while so his parents could go out and take a break. Sure hope he's feeling better for the meet coming up on Saturday.

Something is going around down here because Madison has been running a fever on and off for 2 days now and she's got a nasty cough and runny nose. I'm going shopping with my mom at Disney on Friday, and Chris was going to take the girls to MK for the day, so hopefully she's better by then.

Sandy came back with a nasty cold. There is a lot of bronchitis in our office anad one case of pneumonia. I got my flu shot to be safe.

I know!!! Emily went for her 5yr checkup on Monday and had to get 3 shots, plus the flu shot. Luckily, they took mercy on her and gave her the flu mist instead, so she didn't have to have 4 shots. They would have given Madison her flu shot, but since she's sick, they want her to wait until she's feeling better next week or so. And, Chris and I are scheduled for our flu shots on Thursday at his work.

I never used to get the flu shot, but the one year that I forgot was the year that I got married and Chris and I both got the flu right before our wedding. Luckily, I got it about 3 weeks before the wedding, but Chris got it the week before the wedding. Since then, we get the shot.

There is definitely something making the rounds. Was fine the Saturday driving home from Fla. Woke up Sunday coughing bad with heavy congestion. Still drove home feeling bad. Felt a little better, thought it was just a cold or such, and went in to work for two days ... mistake! Wound up spending the rest of last week at home with a raw throat, lots of icky yellow congestion and antibiotics. Finally started feeling normal on Sunday, though I am still quite winded by the end of the workday.

Which is a great way to get the flu shot. It's said to be more effective b/c it's given via the pathway that the real flu enters our body. I know we all prefer the flu mist here. We also used to be "no flu shot" ppl until KT got the flu, Mike got it from her and ended up with pneumonia. ICK. Actually, I think Nick used to get it as a baby b/c of his ear infection history.

Cheryl - I hope you are feeling better soon. That operation can't come soon enough!

Well I've showed some people at work some pictures I took from the cruise and the ones I bought from Shutters and everyone keeps giving me compliments.
When they see the pictures of all you guys they are like "who's that?" and I say my DVC Family and then when I name everyone off and tell them a little something about anyone in the pictures they are like "and you met these people how?" and I say online and get some funny looks.
Oh and Diana, Amy, Cindy, & Gail - my friends think the girls are all so cute and pretty and the boys are cute and handsome.

Oh, that reminds me. I saw the Cricut at WalMart, the price - $194 and the cartridges are $59. They only had 3 or 4 different ones. The lady said they were not getting more just selling the ones they had. They had a cute little case for it too - it was $50 or $60.

That is a bargain!! Especially if the cute little case is the lime green rolling suitcase type bag. That's $99 everywhere! The cartridges are $89 and the regular price on the machine is $299.

Our Walmart has nothing cool like that.

I'll have to check mine tonight when I stop after work but I have never seen it there. Those are great prices too!
