GASC!!! I've met up with other DISers for the crops for the past 3-4 years. We'll have to search each other out next June! (I'd thought about checking out the one in Plano this weekend before we leave, but I just read that it got cancelled.)

Yeah, we had planned to go, but apparently they didn't have enough people signed up or they couldn't get enough vendors and/or instructors. The one in Austin is next weekend, so they may have had trouble getting people to come.

But, we will be in Arlington next June with bells on! I have gone for several years also and the 2 other ladies I go with are Disneyaholics too. They are 2 of the 3 friends that went to MNSSHP and F&W Festival with me last year.

I have a serious problem with that. Take a pen or two, but they aren't there for you to grab ALL of them, just to turn around and sell them on eBay. Someone paid for them to be used as "advertising" or "marketing", not resale.

I had this argument with Beano on another thread in May. Seems like Beano was keen on taking fistfuls of DCL pens home with him. I maintain that anything stolen in large quantities like that will just increase the cost of cruising for everyone. And if Beano's item of choice is pens, then is it wrong for my item of choice to be towels? What about Henry vacuums? Where is the cut off. I have no problem taking the pen in your room. I've done that. I've been on 8 cruises though and I'll bet I have less than 5 pens, so it's not like I'm swiping them every time.

Someone on that Beano thread maintained that since Beano had paid for the Walt suite then he was ENTITLED to take all of the pens. Apparently ppl are charged extra for a cat 1 to cover the stealing....and here I thought it was for the larger sized cabin and for the extra services (concierge)

Did he think he was entitled to the piano from the Walt Suite also? That's probably why everything is now glued down on the shelves and attached to the walls.

What can I say I've been involved in some very chatty threads. If you do a sort of the cruise meets threads I've been involved in 4 of the top 10.

#1 Blabbermouths - 50,914 of which 3,060 are mine (#6 on that list)

#2 Dec. 04 10 day holiday cruise - 26,307 of which 2,821 are mine (#2 on list)

#4 This thread 22,520 of which 2,298 are mine (I'm #3)

#10 SSMC05 thread 14,318 of which 1,759 are mine (I'm #2)

Hey Mary, this will be our third cruise together from the Disboards! #2, #4 and #10! YIPEE!

Thanks for the packing lists. I have printed them off and it will make it so much easier. I can't believe I've never used one in the past.

Ok time to go back to school.
Packing lists? I must have missed this while trying to catch up. If there was a link, could someone post it again please?

Hi everyone I am still trying to catch up. The in-laws are gone so think I maybe able to do that tonight. I just want to vent. I had a couples cabana massage for 10:00 am on monday. Well the ship is not arriving until 10:30am. So they just called to tell me they had to cancel it. They could only rebook a massage on the ship not in the cabana. :sad2: I did ask about the villa and she said that the villas took about a week after dry dock to be finish on the Magic so we have a good chance of them being done for our cruise, but they would not take any appointment before hand. The gym on the other hand took longer on the Magic and she was not sure it would be done.

Thanks for that info. I wonder why the ship isn't arriving until 1030. :confused3 We have the stingray thing at 11 and I think that's going to be pushing it.

I'd love to get one of those villas though!

Thanks Beaker! I am sorry your massage was moved - I hope you get a villa.

HEY DVC - poor planning on your part is now causing emergency changes on those cruising with you - where's the email you promised us?
