Okay, headed home to get DD to piano lessons. Then there is no school the next couple of days, so she wants to "hang out" with friends tonight.

So much for getting anything done in the next couple of hours except driving around in my car.

I WAS working myself up for a real posting frenzy until I saw the information on the plane crash.

Karen and I are baseball fans, we root for our home team the Tigers. But we are baseball fans first. We love the sport and we love the atmosphere created by our national pastime. The loss of someone in the sport in such a tragic way is enough to give me pause with the frivolity. It just doesn't seem appropriate. To those who find this a tad "sappy", sorry. Opinions are a right millions of Americans (me included) have fought for, I've just exercised mine.

This is why I Dis, to check reality at the door.

Spoken like a true baseball fan and not just a fair weather fan. You may root for a specific team but you respect the game and all the players.

It is a very sad day indeed.

You're right Mary. During games we may tease each other and put the other team down, but when it comes right down to it, it's one big baseball family.

Thanks - I will unpack them and have them look at the cameras then. They are the underwater cameras and they are 800 iso

Make sure they are completely out of the packaging. We left our's unopened thinking it would be better that they were still sealed in a plastic bag, inside the box, but noooooooo, we had to completely open all 4 of the underwater disposable cameras I had packed. Luckily I didn't bring the whole case of 12 that I had bought (we are going on 3 different cruises that involve snorkeling or swimming this year so I bought plenty).

Since we are getting closer and closer to departure time for everone I will depart from the no hint rule and will say that this is NOT a baseball movie.​

I have a question...is there a limit to the amount of bags you can carry on the cruise ship?? I think we will each have one small one, or is it better to combine them into one larger one?

They are flip flops that light up. Last year Walmart sold them and a lot of us bought them before the cruise. The part that goes over your foot at toe thing would flash randomly -or not for some of us- as we walked in them.

I had every intention of watching it. I DVR it every week and I've yet to watch a single minute of it. I haven't gotten into any of the new shows. I watch too much TV to begin with, so that's not a bad thing.

But LOST is on tonight!!!
