It seems we’re always planning our next vacation even before we take the current one.
Our dream is to retire to Florida and work at WDW. Doesn't everyone!!

We resemble these remarks! Next trip not until 2008! Retirement plans...Florida and WDW! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Chris

;) I bet a lot of us resemble those remarks.

Add us to the list. :thumbsup2

Here is a funny stat for you...

I never turned off the "notify by e-mail of reply" feature. I get an e-mail when someone updates the thread on the dis. I am subscribed to ONLY one, UNO, thread - this one. I just opened my email and found 52 unread emails, they were ALL thread update notifications.:lmao:. Now granted I helped yesterday but WOW.

Are you for hire????

These would be SO cute for the gift cards we give Mike's sister's for Christmas!!

As a matter of fact, on my list of things to do is to make a bunch of these is Christmas-y paper and sell them on ebay. They are perfect for gift cards. I'm also thinking about doing baby and wedding themed ones with candies in them for baby/bridal shower favors.

So YES--I am for hire!!

Happened to me last year with pm's. I had e-mail notification on. Then I started getting more and more of them and one day I came home from work to a full screen. Turned that off quick!

I only updated this recently because my Yahoo messenger alerts me when I get a yahoo email. The darn thing was going off ever 2.5 seconds and drove me crazy!!

Heck no--why would I pay ebay fees when I can just charge her double outside of ebay and keep all the profits for myself! :lmao:

(Come on now, you all know it's done!)

So that means I'm going to have to compete with all the other SSMC0?'ers? It'd be cheaper to buy a Cricut myself! HA!

Seriously, Diana....will you be selling OTHER than on ebay? It'll save you ebay and paypal fees to see direct!! :lmao:

Well, now, see, should have kept reading!!!! Diana already has it all figured out!

Can't be too expensive. After all, I'm NOT putting a $50 gift card in a $35 bag!!!! :)

Chatty group again this morning!

Funny story: We keep DD's Costco snacks out in the garage because we have lack of food storage inside the house. About a week ago DD went to go get some cheese and crackers from out in the garage. There was an open package with 1 cracker missing. She said it wasn't her so we decided it was a neighborhood kid who helped themselves. Well, this week I had an unopened new box of these crackers. DD went out day before yesterday to get more crackers. Guess what the new box had been opened and more crackers had been opened with just one cracker missing. Again DD said it wasn't her and we thought a neighbor kid again. DH put the box of crackers up on the freezer so the "kids" could not get to them. Yesterday morning DH went out to get a granola bar for breakfast and there was a mouse on top of the box of granola bars! YUK! So, I went and bought some traps. DH set them with peanut butter and this morning there was baby "Mickey" dead in the garage. Keeping the traps out because usually there are more than one! Sorry "Mickey" rest in peace.

So, don't blame the neighbor kids until you catch them red handed.

I LOVED Rainbow Brite!!! :rainbow:
I'm showing my age here, but one year, my DD gave ME a Rainbow Brite Christmas Album for Christmas. Ken had taken the girls shopping and she just KNEW that her mommy would want that!

Whew!! I'm finally all caught up! Time to get busy with real work now! :wave2:

At least he got some good food before his demise :rotfl:

I think I would have rather found out it was the neighbor kids taking it

Ok, a mouse with opposable digits? Weird that the package was "opened" rather than gnawed through. Usually we can tell right off if a mouse has been into something with all the nibble marks.

Not a very smart mouse either.....hmmm....cracker or cheese? crack or cheese?? What ever happened to the whole mouse-cheese relationship? Now they are going for crackers instead? :lmao: :lmao:

I still have mine turned on because I am too lazy to turn them off. This morning I am still getting posts from yesterday. For some reason mine don't come until 12 to 24 hours later. I guess we are just talking too much. :rotfl2:

I can't believe that we were cruising 1 year ago. It really seems like it was just yesterday.

Can you drop the 20 hour a week lesser paying job and go to the 32 hour a week higher paying job?? :confused3

Well I could but I have been there 10yrs, really like the people, the job isn't hard or too stressful, they are incredibly flexible and I have lots of vacation time. The only reason I looked for something else was the pay really sucks and the benies are great either accept for that 5 weeks of vacation/yr.

Great, so at $20 each bag will be like a bargain to you!! :lmao:

All jokes aside, I was thinking about listing them on ebay as 4 bags for $10 and including a gift tag for each bag. What do you guys think? I don't even know what I should charge for them. :confused3
