Diana, I love the chain

I remember talking to Amy about doing on last cruise to count down the days for Emily. Now it's Emma & Julia's turn to start counting down. I love how you used the Mickey colors -- I never would have thought of that!!

Mary, I really don't think you need any classes, I've seen all your work and it's awesome for a first timer!

I agree, Mary your pages are awesome. :cheer2: :cheer2:

And as far as my creativeness goes. I'm afraid I'm not the least bit creative, I'm real good at copying stuff other people have done. :rotfl: They call that scraplifting! :lmao:

Oh Curt ::cop: Looks like we have a thief in the group! :rolleyes1

I really like the paint can too, just not sure what I would use one for. :confused3

Evidently you missed how you were going to get the goods!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I saw that after I posted. Please don't list them on ebay - I don't want to be one of your wacko buyers  . Hey, I can provide you with Konk Koolers though. Think you can still handle a Konk Kooler in each hand this cruise?

Amy I really like the new picture. Are you getting that one in a bigger size to frame? I can't believe how big Madison gets each time you change your picture.

If we are able to maintain this pace we could be over 15,000 by Sunday sometime! :cool1: :cool1:

Thanks. I just wish there I knew someone around here that I could scrap with to get new ideas. My neighbor used to sell Creative Memories about six years ago, but she gave that up when she decided to run for mayor. (Imagine that?) She won too!

I just talked to Carol and their plane was getting ready to board. They are on their way up here for the weekend. :Pinkbounc I'm having a party for her son & his fiance' tomorrow afternoon. Deanna's soccer club is hosting a tournament this weekend and she has a minimum of 3 games -1 tonight, 2 tomorrow. John & I have to work the registration tent tomorrow morning then come home and get ready for our party at 4 PM. Then Tuesday I will be able to start getting things together for our Sept cruise.

The 2 bedrooms and bath are painted, but I won't be able to get to unpacking my boxes for my craft room. Carol will just have to see it with the boxes stacked in the middle of the room.

We did a chain for a cruise once that mimicked the ship's colors.....the very bottom links were a very dark dark blue. Then there was a small area of yellow, then several links of white, then some links of red. Proportionally it looked like the side of the ship! :)

Diana, I really don't work out all that gard, but I am really sore today.

I know it stinks being sore, but that means you used muscles you never use. And don't let being sore turn you off from going back for more!! My favorite classes now are the ones that made me think I was about this close to death when I first started! It does get better--I promise!!

Yeah, I got that one in a 10x13 in color for the house. We got some cute ones of Emily with the big number "5" too. Oh, and an adorable one of the girls on a rocking horse.

I used my coke coupons last night too. Before starting the order I asked the cashier if she wanted to do it in seperate orders, she said No, it would be easier to ring it as one. Of course after the 3rd coupon the computer wouldn't let her ring anymore, so the Manager came over. He wasn't very happy that she was doing it as one order.

I kind of wish I had TAKEN the scrapbooking class last year, especially once I got started with the Circle Journals!

Mary - you did an awesome job with your pages. I would have never guessed that you were a beginner. I loved them all!

Ok, I really need to get some stuff done today. I've been procrastinating all day!!! It's an icky day here, lots of rain and gloomy skies, so I just haven't been very motivated. Ok, time to get started!!! See you guys a little later!!!

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to be off-topic here...but I could sure use a few questions answered by the experts!!!

I just got the cruise update email that talks about bringing pirate gear. From past Member cruises, it is a big issue if DH & I don't dress 'pirate-like'?We are coming from the "Great White North", Arctic Circle, in Canada(3,000+ miles from Disney!!!) and can't pack a whole lot for our trip (airline regulations).

Also, I just noticed my passport is due to expire in Dec/06. Any issue with that with customs (concerned about the Bahamas)? Pls advise.
I don't have time to renew my passport now as we leave in 5 weeks & it can't be done from our remote location. Is this going to be a major problem?

Did you move to Ohio? It's been like that for 3 days now. I'm not sure I've left the house in that amount of time, but now I must. Cats are drastically low on food, and I've been putting off a Sam's Club run for about 3 weeks now. :earseek: Lunch for the kids then I'm out of here!

We have never dressed in pirate garb (other than the bandana they give you at dinner) We have not felt out of place. Even when the table next to us (crazy DISers) looked like they just walked off the set of POTC!! :) (you know who you are!) :lmao:

No problem with your passport. You'll need to have it renewed for any cruise after 12/06, but you're good to go for this cruise. (I think to have it renewed, don't you need to mail in the old copy? If so you don't want to do that now!)

HTH.

Thanks Ohio Minnie....I feel soooo much beeter on both fronts!!

You are absolutely right about the passport. I completely forgot about the return of the old one.

I must have Florida and the Cruise on the brain
