Ok, hope this makes sense.....The bar of bath soap is on the bottom, laying on its side. The facial soap is standing up on top of the bath soap, making a nearly complete Mickey.

Every once in awhile we'd get a housekeeper who would do this for us when she left our new soaps. :)

:surfweb: Morning Everyone,

Thanks again to everyone (except Julie!! ) for the birthday wishes. (need a firework smiley here) Birthdays are getting to be a little tougher so friends remembering is always something special.

Curt We watched your birthday present from the Tigers. That was quite a game. Is Karen still alive. I think I bit all my nail watching the last part of the game. You two are bad influences on us as we have started watching some of the games.
Ann Marie,

The

came through not only on my birthday but hers too!! We were at the park when the Tigs washed out the pale hosers 4 to nuttin!!

We were watching the game in the bedroom and when C-Mo went downtown she was LITERALLY :bounce: bouncing the bed like a little kid. Afterward she complained that she gave herself a headache :headache: and a sore throat from the screaming. I don’t even want to IMAGINE what the neighbors were thinking:scratchin (ahem, wrong kind of screaming)…moving on.

Karen is mightily THRILLED about the "cushy beds " :cloud9:and I am equally bummed about the loss of the Mickey Soap, no more raiding the mousekeeping carts:joker:.

Finally, hats off for the decision to home school. We both saw the distress it caused when your girls were replaced by evil aliens after school. Really, it take so much more that confiscated frosting to ruin a child's life!! Such the drama!:rotfl2:

I know what you mean Mary - I had a hard time taking the PDFG logo out of my signature (but I did add a line about it). The new logo is very sharp and cool.
Ok, I think that I'll have to remove one of my pictures (probably the one of just Emily) and add the new logo.

More good news about the cruise. This comes from the Cruise Critic site (bold added by me):

Disney Upgrades Bedding, In-Cabin AmenitiesEven cruisers have to sleep sometime, and Disney Cruise Line is answering the wake-up call for better beds by upgrading every stateroom in its fleet with new mattresses and luxurious linens. Disney will also introduce new in-cabin bath and shower products developed by H20 Plus, a line of water-based products derived from marine botanicals.

The enhancements are currently being rolled out on both Disney Wonder and Disney Magic, with all products and upgrades expected to be in place by October.

Disney joins a throng of major cruise lines that have already committed to upgrading bedding onboard, most recently Royal Caribbean. Many even sell their mattresses -- and brand-new duvets and sheets -- including Carnival, Holland America and Oceania.

All cabins onboard Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will be outfitted with:

Sealy Posturepedic Premium Plus Euro-top mattresses

New pillows

Frette 300-thread-count linens of 100 percent Egyptian cotton

Larger, plusher towels and bath sheets in bathrooms

H20 Plus Spa Sea Marine Revitalizing Shampoo

H20 Plus Spa Marine Collagen Conditioner

H20 Plus Spa Hydrating Body Butter

Concierge level suites will also offer a "Pillow Talk" menu with a selection of hypo-allergenic, feather and therapeutic memory foam options, and additional H20 Plus offerings such as Sea Salt Body Wash and Solar Relief Gel.

Not a concierge passenger? Not to worry -- an expanded line of H20 products, including the body wash and gel as well as fruity body balms and a minty foot rub, will be available for purchase in Treasure Ketch, the ships' gift shop, from $8.50.
Oohhh, that sounds heavenly!!!

We tried the Lakeland/Winter Haven area as we thought it would be 1/2 between Orlando and Tampa.
We ended up finding our deam home in Haines City,
im about 24 miles from the enterance of OKW and SSR,(going I-4)
If I go the back way Im about 17 miles from MGM

Debbie,

Congratulations on the job and move!!! Haines City seems like a nice place to live. Are you off Route 27? That's a good back way to WDW, using 192 as the entrance. If I-4 backs up I go that way and it save 20-30 minutes of stop and go traffic. I live in North Lakeland just off I4 near the mall. I just moved here in March. You're right there are a lot of things to do. I don't know how motor vehicles are handled in TN but here in Florida your driver's license and car registration are seperate transactions, in NJ they were together. From Haines City it should be about 10-15 minutes to WDW without traffic.

Best of luck with the move and PM if you have any questions,

Jeff

I just realized that after getting off the ship on Sept 28 there will only be 1 more 3 night cruise before the Wonder goes into dry dock. This will be my last chance to get the Minnie Lotion that DCL uses! I love that lotion!

You better raid Sabu's cart then and swipe all he has Gail!

Okay, This might make Annmarie feel really good about deciding to homeschool. My DD's elementary is k-5 and we just put together packets for 555 kids! We have outgrown our school and the 5th graders will all have classrooms in portables.

Wow! That is a lot of kids!

Not sure how BIG DD's class size is I will find that out tomorrow when they post the classroom rosters.

Grr.. we went out food shopping, when we came back the dog had gotten out of the room and decided to chew on our mattress while we were gone. (we should be able to flip it over. )

We'll have to keep an eye on him and if he pulls this again, move the litterbox to the bedroom and close him out from the rest of the apartment.

Luckily the cat was ok, along with the sofa.

Cheryl what kind of dog do you have???? I know our dog will eat paper, pencils, clay and poly pockets but to have a dog eat a mattress....wow. :scared1:

Roxann that is a lot of kids. I remember in 6th grade we had to walk out to portable classes. It was sure cold in the winter.

To all the BB fans only a few more hours to the eviction. I can't wait.

I have an 8 yr old chow chow. He thinks he is a comedian and is very hyper.
Usually he's very good unless its raining.

Oh Cheryl I am sorry to hear about the destruction! Chip (our 6 year old choc lab) used to eat all sorts of things - socks, carpet, cat food, carpet, paper, mcdonald's etc - until we finally put him in his crate while we are gone. He's now comfy in there and knows what "kennel up" means. I hope you find a way to get him to stop!

For those looking for Magnetic Door Sheets, Walmart has them. They are about $10-11 plus tax for I think 6 sheets (might be 8). Amy, they have them here in Lakeland on Rt 98.

Ooh DOUBLE eviction if the info from last week is correct!

Yup. Double Eviction! They were playing the commercials during my soaps this afternoon. Let's hope Danielle goes, I can't stand her and I'm afraid she's lost her mind! :rotfl:

Just make sure that it's on in your area at the regular time tonight. I've read that a lot of cities have football on tonight and BB will be on at midnight or something.

Yeah, we have that dumb Cowboys game ;) on CBS so we're TIVOing it on the alternate channel at the same time - so glad they told us that during the broadcast Tues or we would have missed it as Tivo didn't update to the other channel.

Danielle is so going, but I cannot wait for the double twist to see how it turns. I also cannot wait for Erika to see how bad she's been played.

Only 4 more posts and we will surpass the 2005 Member Cruise thread! :)
