I have an 8 yr old chow chow. He thinks he is a comedian and is very hyper.
Usually he's very good unless its raining.

He would have destroyed our house by now. We have at least 6-8 months of rain every year!

Another trip to the weight training class today. And of course, today was the first day I didn't feel sore, so I guess I'll start all over with that tomorrow. No class on Monday though due to the holiday. Things did seem a bit easier today though.

And, I've made the decision to go to WW. There's going to be a class at a church just two blocks from my house, so I have no excuse. I got on the scale this morning, and even though I thought I'd been good, the scale said otherwise.

Have a great evening everyone. No BB for me....I'm a tennis geek and even though I don't play the game, I'll be watching the U.S. Open tonight.

:cheer2: Keep going Mary!! It gets easier!!

I'm watching BB, it's pretty exciting!!

I was out mowing the lawn earlier and the leaves on my trees are changing. :furious: Where did summer go!!! We're thinking about closing the pool this weekend. It's just too cold and once the leaves start falling, it's nothing but a pain in the neck.

Okay! How do I get the new logo in my signature?

I'm not sure if I should get the book now or wait for the next one that's due out soon.

Watching BB and I don't understand these women! They are so stupid!

I know, I know! I was taking KT to her well check through old city streets with lots of trees and it was windy. There were actually SWIRLING leaves in the street!!
Our pool is getting lots of leaves too. It'll be closed on September 11th. We let the pool company close it, that way if something goes wrong over the winter, we have someone to blame. :) Plus the mesh cover is a bear to put on (for us--we're challenged when it comes to that sorta stuff)

Cool, U TOP with Diana

pdfg pixiedust: and everyone else who needs some.

Annmarie - click on the one in my signature, open properties and then copy them. Then go to user CP, edit signature, open the insert image icon and paste in the logo code. If you only want two things in your signature you can always get the rotating 2005/2006 Member Cruise logo from the website and do the same (copy/paste thing) for it.

Copy this:

Click on User CP.
Click on edit signature.

Click on the little yellow square that looks like a picture of a mountain.

Paste the link into the box that pops up.

Clear as mud?

HTH.

Thanks so much! That's what I love about this place! Everyone is willing to help each other out. I guess that's what DIS friends are for!

PS - I just noticed I hit a milestone! :cool1:

Hi folks.

I too will miss the old 'Mickey' soaps at the resorts, but these look interesting. The one thing that might be too bad is there used to be much more.. personalized ones at some. We have three sets that we rotate in a display in our bathroom, The WDW ones, a full set from the Grand Californian including the tp wrapper, and the following, the DCL ones in the tear open packs.

Thanks for the instructions, just trying out my new signature line. I leave in the morning for work but then at 12:30 to go on a camping trip with 19 other families. We are going to the Berkshires, we go every Labor Day weekend. It's bittersweet because dd usually goes with me but I'm taking two female friends and alot of knitting this year. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend. I'm hoping we stay mostly dry :lmao:but that isn't likely with the hurricane headed our way. Oh well I have a pop up that we can sit and knit in so I'm all set except for packing it up and setting it up so I hope those times are dry ones!

Ilene - have a great time this weekend. No plans for us except to try and get plenty of rest. Working most of this week has knocked me out! I am looking forward to a quiet weekend.

For everyone who will be on the road this weekend, please take care!

This morning I broke my baby toe on my left foot by stubbing it on the footboard of my bed. My own fault, I should have put on my slip on shoes. This hasn't been my year. I broke 2 ribs in May.

Thinking dry thoughts!
You'll on be a little over an hour away from me!
My sister works in the Berkshires, she works at Canyon Ranch.

Have you done the Rockwell mueseum on any of your visits? We went this summer and enjoyed it and took a bunch of windy backroads to get there.

Note: If ever visiting Mark and Mary take my purse to the bathroom so I can "borrow" the Minnie lotions, I'm sure they won't notice them gone ;)

Ouch! I hope it feels better soon. Did you ice it?

I can see Cindy cringing now as she reads about the broken toe.
