I dont know if you guys are in the area but there are a couple of great DINGS out this am til 11am:

What are these DINGS all about - I'm confused as always

DING is a program put out by SWA. You download it on your comp and when they have a deal pop up (which can be 1 to 3 times daily) you hear a little "ding" and just go check the rates.
They have had some really good rates out on the DING program.

It's a gray, raining day here, so I'm actually getting started on my Circle Journal. Can someone refresh my memory as to who all is doing this. I want to make sure I have enough pages.

Also, here's something interesting. DD called from the AK today to say she has now ridden EE 5 and 1/8 times. I asked her how she rode it 1/8 of a time and she said "It broke down while we were riding and we had to climb out of the cars and walk down!" She, of course, thought that was pretty cool!

I was actually surprised they didn't have problems with the ride breaking down last weekend. That would have really caused some chaos on Saturday and Sunday. But I have to admit it probably was pretty cool to walk down the ride. But I would have never gotten to that point since I don't even ride the coaster rides. Give me the chicken exits, or better yet I just go shopping while my dh goes on the rides.

We'll be thinking of all of our northern Dis'ers friends & ESCAPING the madness of the Super Bowl stuff here in Detroit. I hear the temperature will plummet sometime this weekend. Sorry guys.

Karen says hi (in between dashing from one project to the next.) Hopefully we'll be able to catch an EE opening.

I agree with your Daughter! I would think that is pretty cool. You probably get to see some things while walking thru the ride that you might have missed during the ride.

As to your question about who is doing the circle journal. It will be you, Amy, Mary, Cindy, Diana, Cheryl, Me, and possibly/hopefully David. So either 7 or 8 of us. Hope that helps!

Good morning everyone!! I'm SO glad that it's Friday!!! Madison had a rough night's sleep last night. Finally, at 1am, we brought her into our bed just to try to get some sleep. She woke up crying several times in our bed too. Don't know if it was just little bad dreams, or what, but hopefully she'll sleep better tonight!

I'll try to make it to chat tonight! I need to get some scrapbooking done, so maybe I can try to do a little bit of both. I have 2 circle journals to work on for my CKU group, and then I need to work on my SSMC05 CJ. All of this needs to be done by next week, before I leave.

Yeah, we're getting excited, but it's a little chaotic around here too. It's supposed to rain like crazy here today and tomorrow, so I'm going to spend the days cleaning and getting ready to pack. I still can't believe that we're going to be going so soon. I'm just hoping that none of us get a cold before we leave. I'll be pumping the girls full of OJ and vitamins for the next 2 weeks.
