Oh, don't get me wrong, I've gotten TONS of awesome stuff. But, I found that I was doing too many swaps and not enough of my own stuff. I'm sure that I'll go back to swaps again someday, but I need to actually use some of my stuff, before acquiring more.

Now, with that being said, I'm off to Michael's in a little while to use my 50% off coupon.

I'm right now debating about running to Mike's. My playgroup is at 10, well it's a board meeting, but it's about playgroups nonetheless. If I get the girls dressed quick and we leave by 8:45 we'll make it to Mikes and be at the playgroup on time. Hmmmm.....

Here's to peer pressure:

GO FOR IT!!!

 Well, I'm off today also but Walker & I just woke up. Actually, I was up at 5 a.m. when Gary got up. Apparently he checked on the kids and Walker wasn't in his bed. :confused3 All the sudden, he's walking in our bedroom with a flashlight. I'm still asleep and wondering what's going on when he tells me Walker's not in his bed. :scared1: Hmmmm, he's not in our bed. Up I spring, he's not in Cameron's bed. Check the doors, they are closed so he didn't walk out (sometimes he does sleep walk). Last place to look, the family room, and there is he, zonked on the couch. By then, my heart was pounding as I jumped to the conclusion that someone took my child during the night. I tell you, it was a long 40 seconds or so. :worried:

Gary carried him back into his own bed. Really strange night for him, as he originally fell asleep in Cameron's bed, then Gary moved him into his own bed, then we found him on the couch, moved him back to his own bed and when I woke up this morning, he was sleeping next to me.

We are just hanging out today -- me & the boys. I didn't know it was going to be in the 80's. No spring cleaning for me -- it's much too nice. Mary, since I'm closer than Diana, can you swing by here on your way to her house? ;) Besides, Diana won't be home for a while, she's on her way to Michael's!

Oh you are all too funny thinking I would come by your houses to clean. The reason mine needs it is that I hate doing it and usually don't have the time. This will be a cleaning day but also a mental health day and May cruise day. So I'll be playing on the DIS, cleaning, and picking (and trying on) clothes for our May cruise.

I was up at 5 as usual then went back to bed for a couple of hours. The windows are all open and I'm enjoying a nice quiet morning.

Don't you just love when you can finally open the doors and windows :sunny: It was really nice yesterday and suppose to be nice today - only in the 70's but we'll take it!

Today's the first day of Easter Vacation for Deanna, any bets on how long before she utters those words "I'm bored, there's nothing to do"? :teeth:

Too bad you all aren't closer. I have Sarah today and Monday. She just asked if Deanna was coming down for Easter.

We just made Easter cookies. Waiting for them to cool so she can put frosting on them. Gotta love mommy's that send the "fun" stuff to grandmas house.

I would be worried, too! I would be freaking out, my daughters have weird sleeping patterns at time also. But I know where to find them, Krystina's always downstairs in the family room watching TV and Haylee is either in my bed or grandmas bed. But i do that feeling the first time I couldnt find one of them I freaked out, and was about to call the police when I found her in bed with grandma. Glad everything worked out for you!

Here's an idea, Gail.

Put Deanna on a plane headed for Carol's house. Pack up everything Deanna loves to do that you just dread hearing. And, then she can spend the week with her "Aunt Carol". I'm sure that's almost as fun as spending it with Grandma. It will solve your problem of Deanna getting bored at home, and provide an opprotunity for "Aunt Carol" to do some more of those "fun" things. :rotfl:

Someday I'm going to get even with Walker when he has children. I'm going to buy everything for his children that contains all those little, teeny, tiny pieces and take 20 hours to put together and then they will play with for, oh, maybe 10 minutes. I tell you, we have spent so many "fun" hours doing those kinds of things that sometimes I'm afraid to here "Mom....can we". :rolleyes1 Cameron never liked all those little things like Walker. And, since they are day and night children, fortunately for us, we never had to go through it twice.

Sounds like a plan to me!!!! She would have so much fun with Aunt Carol.

John and I aren't the brightest either - for Deanna's Easter basket we bought her this kit with a gazillion beads to make bracelets, can you guess what we will be doing next week? :rolleyes1

OMG, Cindy!!! I would have been SO scared! We had a scare like that last week with Emily, but ours was during the day. Chris had been working outside, and I was inside. Emily had been playing in the family room and then I couldn't find her. I called to Chris outside and he said that she wasn't out there either. I started to freak out! I looked in every room in the house, then my heart sunk and I immediately looked out by the pool (I don't know why I was SO scared, because we do have a pool fence), but she wasn't there either. Chris went back out front and there she was. She must have gone out the back door and around to the front of the house, while Chris was inside helping me look for her. Whew! It was about 1-2 minutes of torture, but thankfully it was all ok.

Whew! I am so tired. We've been on the go all morning. We went to Michael's and I used my 50% off coupon on a Sizzix Alphabars set (Ransom). I also bought Emily one of those black velvet coloring projects with Dora. She just loves it!

Then, we came home for a little bit. The girls colored and we waited until closer to 10am. Then, we were off to the party store for birthday party invitations for Madison's 2nd birthday party. She's having a JoJo's Circus party, so we're doing the whole circus theme. So, if anyone is creative (Diana?), give me ideas. We're going to do hot dogs & corn dogs to eat, along with big pretzels and maybe popcorn. We're going to do a few carnival games like ring toss, bean bag toss and pin the nose on the clown. And, for favors I think that I'm going to do those boxes of either animal crackers or Cracker Jack and bubbles. Whew!! Makes me tired just to think about it.

After the party store, we headed to JCPenney to pick up the pictures that we took of the girls for their birthdays and Easter. Then, through the McDonald's drive thru for lunch and finally they are taking naps. My mom is going to come over and stay with them while they are sleeping, so that I can go to Target and the post office to get stamps to mail out all of these pictures and invitations.

Then, when the girls get up, I promised that we would dye Easter eggs and Emily got a candy necklace kit, so she wants to make those after eggs.

I'm going to be so tired by the time that Chris gets home from Atlanta tomorrow night.

Well I got one major thing accomplished this morning. Picked out the clothes for my May cruise. The good thing is everything fits (actually that should be bad news because I was hoping to have lost some weight). Now we just have to work on Mark's clothes which we'll do tomorrow.

BTW - did you notice that we are very close to a milestone?

Good afternoon all (I love days off - just woke up)

Ok, I'm dragging up a dying topic but why is everyone talking about the creme broule (sp). Would someone PLEASE sneak up to Palo's for the chocolate souffle - if not I WILL!!!!

Curt - I'm with you. I love creme brulee, but love the chocolate souffle even more!

After all the responses on creme brulee I must really be in the minority since I haven't even tried it. We have been on 3 Disney cruises (one being 14 days and I have always found something else to have for dessert). I have a feeling this members cruise I will HAVE to at least try it, being that I will be at the creme brulee lovers table. My personal favorite is the chocolate lava cake.

Gee, Cindy why don't you just send Walker down also; there's always room for one more. And Deanna is really good about playing with the younger kids. My daughter loves when we go somewhere and Gail's family is there because she knows Deanna will be there to play with Sarah and Christopher.
