All the buttons you've done have been great, and I really like Jeff's magnet. I'm not big on the whole matching t-shirt thing - so I could do without. But I know a lot of people are into the shirts, and I think the one Jeff did was cute and funny!

I could do a waterwashed ship in the background but I worry about Disney getting irritated with so many people having unauthorized (i.e. Disney didn't sell it) pictures of the ship. Disney has come down on groups before for using pictures/ images of Disney w/o permission (i.e. Disney didn't get a share). So while I can, I probably won't.
(Same thing with Johnny Jindy)
Which design do ya'll liek the best so far? or are there parts of each you like and would like to see on a nother one?

Jen button looks good, I like the thrird one the best so far, the groovy outline of the dates makes it for me.

I like the background of the 3rd button, but I like the lighter background color of the 2nd button. Does that make sense??? I also like the *disney* fonts on the 2nd button, but also love the *glowing* around the text on the 3rd button.

Sorry don't use SW airlines as they don't service our area. I would think Orange County, John Wayne, Pilgram....

Jen, I got the same letter today!! Postmarked from Ft. Lauderdale on July 31st. I can't understand how I got it so fast. When I send cards to my friends in Ft Lauderdale, it takes 3 days to for them to receive it and vice versa. Weird!

Okay this is VERY weird indeed since I live about 20 miles from Ft. Lauderdale and I do not have a letter! LOL

All the buttons are great... only one problem.. I don't have a program that can handle that kind of thing with those lovely fonts etc. to add everyone's name. I can take a bmp file of the plain button design and then add names with what I have.. or if someone sends me a font file... but all I have is an old version of printshop. I am basicallly technologically impaired.. but I can cut and make up the buttons if someone else wants to print them up 6 to sheet and mail them to me. We'll work something out

PinDiva, we'll figure it out, we have until April or so to make the buttons. If we have to split up the printing, or whatever, we'll get it done!

Hi all!

I've been gone 8 days and it took me forever to catch up on all the posts! I must say you all have been very busy, with lot's of fun good ideas!

Jeff, the T-shirt is adorable, and the magnet is looking very good with the new updates.

Jen, I vote for the "Jindy" button, I like it the best. I also think that using the image that danicaw offered (the mickey head one) would also be very cool.

I am more than willing to purchase some "party goods" for one of our theme nights. I won't be going away again until the 12th, and that is just for 5 days this time. However we do have a little time to still plan.

Despite the circumstances, we had a nice time in Southern California. The weather each day was picture perfect, I would love to move back there again, however the area where I was born and raised (Pacific Palisades) you can't touch a house for under a million. Definately not in my buget.

We already reserved the night before the cruise at Ron Jons, and after, we will be back visiting the Palisades. For now we have no plans of visiting Disneyland, but that could change.

I booked through Dreams, and got an email from them with the new itinerary. I am very pleased with this change, but as many of you posted before, this really is all about the Panama Canal, not the Port of Calls.

Okay, I hope I can get back on East coast time now, as I have to go to work tomorrow!

Robin, glad you're back. I'm glad everything worked out OK, and that the weather was perfect for you. Did you end up visiting DCA? Like you, I'm currently thinking "no" in regards to visiting Disneyland. But who knows what will happen...

Hi Jindy!

The service was beautiful, quite a few of my Mom's old friends showed up which was nice. Even Phil Hill who I was excited to see, he hopefully will be mailing me some pictures of my Dad (long story)

I did not end up going to DCA, my sister took her kids, but left at 8:00am, and somehow I ended up on the sleep in till 9:30 mode, and did not want to get up that early. She said it was a great day, and was not crowded at all. I just really enjoyed the sunny 75 degree cloudless days everyday. I could really get used to that very easily. Now I am back to the HHH (hazy hot and humid) Connecticut.
