Kelli, It is good to see you posting again, hope you house gets done before the blizzards start! You like our fruit trees? We may never get fruit, but if they survive they will make nice shade trees. One of these days we will have to get together, living in the same town and all! Take care.

Hi Everyone!

It's been a LONG last week for our families, and it's always good to touch base with our extended family here.:thumbsup2

Can't believe it's the 4th of July tomorrow!

ENJOY LIFE and celebrating, even if it's just by yourself. Learning more every day just how precious the gift of LIFE is.

Sure miss everyone... I keep pulling out the wonderful memories and smiles fill my heart.

:yay: H A P P Y F O U R T H O F J U L Y ! ! !:yay:

Hi Kelli: good to hear from you. Think of you often, and especially when my screensaver pic comes up with us in the hallway sleeping - :rotfl2:

Harry even spoke of you often. If you didn't hear, he passed away the end of March and I miss him terribly. Life is a big adjustment every day !!!

Glad you can retire soon. Great feeling.

Stay well

Wow! There really are still people here! I now know what some people were talking about that real life got in the way of the internet...never thought that would happen to me. :surfweb:

2007 have not been good to our extended families, but I sure hope things are back on track. My mental state might be better now that I have 30 years at Qwest, and if they make me mad enough, I can walk out with full retirement pay in 30 days!!! OH YEAH!!! :woohoo:

The stress of adding on to the house is in full gear now, with the crawl space being the only thing "done", and lots of mud being tracked in the house. Hoping it will be done by the end of summer....but not holding my breath.

Anyway, it's nice to see all the familiar faces, and that life is progressing nicely. Leslie, you looked so nice, but I'm sure you're glad that part of it is over. Elaine, glad to hear you like Pop..it's our fav too. Scott, drove by the Hughes State forest the other day. Looks good!!

ttfn everyone!!!

Morning...

Kay & Kelli

Hi Kay! ... you too Peter! ;)

Debbie! That looks like a GREAT show!

It's very cloudy and cool here in NJ this morning. Yesterday was absolutely picture perfect. Glad the fireworks were last night!

Happy BBQ's everyone! We'll probably do Cracker Barrel :rotfl2:

Hi Everyone - Happy 4th of July!

WOW! RIDE KEN RIDE!!! Good for you!

I walked 2 miles, and was pretty proud of that! :rotfl2:

Your son did that last year too, right?

It's drizzling here now, but I hear the fireworks going off!

Hi Kids, busy week here, lots o work and we are not done yet might cut into the weekend. Oh well the OT is nice, but I got stuff to do.

We had a great 4th, got some stuff moved to the pole barn, and hope to build work benches this weekend in the barn and kinda get lots of tools moved. Would like to get the wood working area up and together.

Also on the 4th we had the Atlanta Boys Choir , Ft Collins Symphony, and the Cheyenne Symphony in an outdoor concert. Very good and quite enjoyable, Weather is hot, dry and sunny, we need some rain.

Our TV died, and I have learned that the days of inexpensive TV’s went the way of the dinosaur. Ouch. I guess there goes the OT. LOL

Looking forward to our DL trip in Sept and then WDW in Oct/nov.

Have a great weekend.

Beautiful morning here in WY, nice and cool. Supposed to get pretty warm today, mid 90’s, with the standard afternoon thunder showers. Having a great sunrise.

Hey the Tour de France starts today, should be interesting. I think it will be broadcast on dish channel 151. Have followed it for years.

Thanks to my secret Mickey, Lynn is staying mum and won’t give me any hints. It really makes my day. Thanks Thanks Thanks.

Lynn should be up soon and we will get the pups for a walk while it is cool.

Enjoy the day kiddies, it’s a jungle out there.

Next time anyone's out at WDW, drop me a line!

jack is doing well. on ultrasound he's 2 pounds!

Stay cool ya'll, it's cooler in Tampa than NJ right now

That's great news Jenn!

Hi to Baby Jack :goodvibes

Yes, NJ was a real furnace earlier in the week. 100 degrees inland and 75 degrees at the shore. Fortunately, on Mon + Tues, we were at the shore:rotfl2:

Joe's brother undergoes some delicate surgery today. He has to have several collapsed veins replaced in his legs. (UGH!) Please pray for success and a speedy recovery. Once one leg heals up, he must have the same thing done on his other leg. As it turns out, if he had walked more, he probably wouldn't have had to get this done. He is a limo driver by trade, so sits most of the day. He'll be out of work for 8 weeks.

Going back to LBI for the weekend :woohoo:

A question...

Is anyone going to do the Tower of Terror walk/run on October 27th?

There's a 13K and a 6.5K.

Joe and I will be doing the 6.5K (4 miles). Not much, but at least it's something I can tackle!:rotfl2:

Thanks! I called the hospital a little while ago and learned that Joe's brother did okay!!! They replaced the collapsed veins, and he now has a pulse in his leg. On doctor's orders there will be no more smoling and a daily walk of at least 1 mile.

It feels so good to have this phase over and move into the recovery part.

Thank-you for the prayers:flower3:
