Linda (seaulater), Scott, anyone out west:

Have any of your postcards showed up? My first showed up in Cheyenne on Friday---from Panama! Haven't seen any others.

I have a scrapbooking question...how many pages can I fit in my DCL scrapbook? For 14 days I am going to have quite a few pages...is there a maximum # that will fit?

Charlene, I really like your idea of picking a day and working together! I figure it is the only way I'm going to do it!

Kelli - re postcards...I received my Panama ones a couple of weeks ago and one from Castaway Cay on Saturday. We are in California!

Hi All

Does anyone have any pictures from the Wine Tasting that they are willing to share?

I'm trying to organize my scrapbook and I don't have too many pictures from it.

If you're willing share, please send me a PM.

Elaine

Elaine,

It came out great! Everybody loved it, and it's easy enough that I'll probably make it fairly often. Thanks for asking!

Renae

Jen, good one about Buffett and Scrap booking. Wasted Away in Scrapbookville, looking for my paper punch all covered in glue...... I can see a whole chain of stores across the nation and in selecty Island locations "Bob and Scott's Island Scraparama"

What great news out of Utah today. Having coordinated a few several SAR operations in the past, his behavior in the distance and type of terrain was not normal. Seeing searchers and not approaching them is common in kids.

Linda, will will PM you later about this weekend.

Laurie,

It depends on how thick your scrapbook is. I think I remember seeing it and that it's about 2" thick. That should hold about 75-100 pages, depending on if you put thick things (like coins or folded papers) in it. If you put an average of 5 photos on each page, that gives you around 500 photos in your book. I hope that helps...

I like the idea of working together on each day of the cruise. I'm planning to start from Sailaway day, but if you guys want to do other ones, that's fine. I only ordered photos for the first week, though, and plan to order more as I need them.

Kelli, we got our Panama post cards about a week ago.

WALMART SHOPPERS ATTENTION!!!!!!!!

OK OK OK OK this is so cool. They have cheddar cheese in Mickey Shape, way cool... I am seeing edable scrapbooks..

Glad to see that Bob and Scott are done speaking in Buffetease....that was as bad as Elaine and Renae with the Scrapbookease....:rotfl2: I like the idea of the island Scraparama... I'll work there for ya! Teach my own class... "If you like it.... it is good"

Also glad to hear the boy in Utah was found..... strange situation as you said Scott with the distance and terrain covered. I wonder if more will come out about this later.

Scott... are you kidding about the Mickey cheese or do I have to go there tonight???:rotfl:

Jen,

What do I need to do to get a DVD? That would be such a great thing to have from our incredible cruise!

You know, the more I think about our cruise, and the more I remember, it becomes even more apparent that all of you are what made it memorable. Yes, the itinerary was exceptional, the food was great, it was romantic, etc. etc. etc., but having so many great new friends on board was what we will always remember!

Renae

Oh, we're not at that stage yet. I'm hoping to have gathered all of the pics and video from people by July. Then I'm hoping to have enough free time over the course of that month to have the DVD finished by August. Now, I'm not sure when I'll be able to get production done, since I'm moving at the end of August, but I'll post more notes on the main forum, PM everyone, and e-mail everyone who's given me their address once I've got it finished.

Ok I have added another day...... so I am up to the first day at sea

If you have already looked at my album once... you can start on picture 42 :cheer2:

Hi Elaine!

The first nine pictures in Harry's and my album at http://www.mouseplanet.com/panama/v/BethE/?g2_page=1
are from the winetasting. Of course, about half (or more) star me and Harry :sunny:

Beth

Debbie,

I just looked at your new pics. You have some great ones there. I bought a print of the red carpet on Golden Mickey's night. I've never been able to get that shot as I'm always getting ready to go to the show! Thanks,

Renae

I'm looking for suggestions for displaying the hubcap pin:

I should have looked at the display earlier, but... just got around to doing it over the weekend, and found to m dismay that the slide in is from the bottom, which makes hanging it up impossible! :guilty:

Any thoughts... I really want to put it up on the wall. Would some modeling clay do the trick... museum putty... Has anyone else put theirs on the wall?

Appreciate any thoughts... I've got to get things off the tables :rotfl2:

Hi Georgie,

How I plan on displaying the Hubcap pin is, I will take the pin out of the wood box. I will cut a black mat to hold the pin and next to it the cover, then fram everything. I of course will put the box away safely, which means, that I will totally forget where I put it for safe keeping.

Bye, Kim

Serious about they Mickey shapped cheese, Sargento (sp) brand, two styles, standard mouse head shapes, and then there was a Sorcer's Aprentance shapes.

Day at home then on the road again, at 0400 tomorrow....
