One night they had a strawberry creme brulee on the menu. A few at our table ordered it. It came out and while was ok, wasn't creme brulee, it was a mousse. Well the running joke was it wasn't creme brulee it was unbrulee (say it like speedy gonzalez)

We are in Scottsdale during the marathon...but, maybe I can convince Michael to do the WDW Triathlon in September?! Any takers on that event?

Come on- it is only a 15 minute mile pace...you just have to keep it up for 11 or 12 miles. I am not a runner- but I do intend on walking it.

Jeff and I are signing up tomorrow, we have to call since he's a CM. I know I can't run that, and I can't even walk it right now. But I will by then darn it. I gained a few more pounds than I thought I did this cruise.

Alex and Carolyn (fisttimers) are still on board... I believe Joe (Leslie's husband) is already signed up for the full and Scott I also believe is signed up for the full.

I would love to plan a WDW gathering! That way I could meet those of you that I did'nt get a chance to meet! After this vacation I don't think we will be cruising for awhile. I think I will hold out for a new itineary(sp?) Next summer I think we will rent a big cabin in the smokey mountains, that way it would be something that all of my DH family could afford to do! We are also going to Universal and staying at the Royal Pacific universal hotel this July. Man, how do you find a good deal on those hotels? They are kind of expensive!

I really envy all of you running/walking the Marathon. I would love to do that. I used to but can't anymore. My daughter still runs the marathons at WDW and she loves it. Whoever does what, do it big time and win the big prize.

I hope to meet up with someone the week of July 10th while we are there after our July cruise.

We would love to do the Marathon, but alas, we have too much time scheduled off for the fall and spring already. I really doubt I would be able to get time off in January as we have our major WDW trip in Nov/Dec, then out dive trip in Feb. A week in Jan would be tough to even ask for.

Anyone else still fighting the dreaded DCL cold bug?

On the road for the next five days and Lynn is working graves, it was nice to see her on the cruise.

I wound up needing a short of course of antibiotics to kick the bug.
I know what you mean about not seeing your spouse. I go back to work on Sunday and back to not seeing Jeff for days at a time....

Joe is still fighting a sinus infection, but won't go to the doctors (capa tosta... not sure of the spelling, but my MIL says it means hard headed in Italian!)

Joe + I are fortunate in that we work in the same building and on the same floor, so we are close by.

After the member cruise in September, I'm not sure what our travel plans are. We talked about going out to DL just to enjoy some smaller crowds and enjoy the 50th celebration, but time will tell. (I would love to see it DL decorated for Christmas... but realize that a trip out West will have to wait a few months more than that!) I'm always up for a trip to WDW if a great plane fare comes out!
