Remember when we used to get excited over these milestones.

Pretty amazing the tread is alive after almost two years, I think that is KEWL, and speaks to the impact of our experience.

So true, Scott. I know I haven't posted much on this thread lately, but I do try to read all the posts. The impact our cruise had on me is phenomenal. I made some really good friends. So good, in fact, that I've already vacationed with some of them and I'll be vacationing with more of them this year. Table 9 became a really tight-knit group, and they made the cruise something I'll cherish forever.

Hey, we're all Lanyard People, right? No one can break that bond!

I am sorry, I missed some posts. Gee it is just like the old days. Sure , you guys can have a copy. It would be an honor. I think I also have some others. PM me to find out. I am putting them on the computer so that I can make dvds. Boy,,,,, I sure miss you guys. What about a 14 day relocation cruise across the atlantic if it happens. There seems to be some mention that it might occur in the summer 07. Any comments. Peter, Georgie, Bob, send me a pm with your info and I will have a record,,( I have many things).

I did not record the Bumblesquats. I didn't even go that night. Bob, I think it was you I spoke to before(did you go?). I think I have all of the rest(except boys to men) Just have some of it on the video portion of my camera. BUT!!!! What I have is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was supposed to send it to Nej, but have drifted away as life becomes more complicated. Most of my stuff is still on tape. Got to fix that.

Angela.....you're making me cry reading what you posted...We feel the exact same. Our cruise was a life changing experience for Mom and I. How many people can say that they went on a cruise and are still in touch on an almost daily basis with people they met on that cruise!!!!! I can't wait 'til the Table 9 Reunion at WDW in November!!!!!

Lee and I was getting on an elevator(on the cruise) and there were two ladies already onboard. We said "Hi" and so did they. Then they saw our lanyards and one of them said "Oh, you're part of that rowdy bunch"

Yes, I got the name "Lanyard People" from someone on the cruise who called me that. It was the day we boarded, and I was out in the hallway decorating our cabin door. This family came walking down the hall and saw me with my lanyard on. The husband muttered under his breath to his wife as they passed, "She must be one of those lanyard people." It made me laugh! I LOVE being a Lanyard Person!!!

I mentioned in my live report from CC that the TCD's tried out the new bike path on CC last week.

The new bike path is about half-way down the landing strip, on your right, as you travel toward Serenity Bay.

I am not sure how new it is, but I don't think it was there in Nov. '04, when we last visited.

I would say it is about a 1/4 of a mile loop. They basically cleared a wide path out of the mangroves, and paved it with crushed shell. It is nice and wide and level. They have a few props displayed here and there, as well as water stations. I am not sure why they went to all this trouble for a bike path. Maybe it is going to be used for some type of excursion, or for some other purpose.

I don't want to start any rumors (but I will anyway ). If you have ever ridden the horses at Ft. Wilderness, the whole set up of this path is like the course that they take you on there. Do you know what I am saying? A horse riding excursion on CC? Why not? Hey, if it happens, you heard it here first!
