Asking for you to please say a lil prayer a little 6 y.o. sweetie (and her parents). She's going to have a trying time for a bit ... just went through something no child should ever have to go through w/ a trusted adult. Suffice to say situation has been reported and authorities will be involved.

It is unfortunate that things like this happen. It is even more unfortunate that they happen more than people think- esp. to children.

I am glad that you felt comfortable to post this here- I'm sure everyone in our community feels the same way.

I would like to tell you that the hardest part for this family is over- but that wouldn't be correct. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Prayers and love go out to the 6 y.o. sweetie, her parents and their circle of friends. Thanks for posting this to your circle of friends... while the words are hard to "hear", the priviledge of receiving your request is great. What a comfort it would be if we could surround all the little ones and keep them safe. Prayer and hugs of comfort and healing are on their way.

Celeste, scrapbooking is going very slowly, I'm working on older material at this point, although I am up to 2004! Mine are very basic compared with some of the pages I've seen of others, basically just pictures with comments, one step from my photo albums which are pictures without comments.

Kelli, Scott is in Powell, does that answer your question? His hotel does not have wireless, and there are no local phone numbers there to access dial up without paying long distance charges.

For the December at WDW crew, Scott has already gotten us tickets for Very Merry on Dec 1st and Dec 4th. If anyone else is going either of those days, send us a pm or post it, and we will arrange a meet.

For the past two years we have ALWAYS gone to MVMCP and MNSHP. This year we may only be going to the halloween one....however if a group goes and the airfare isn't bad??? HMMM....


I have told my friends that I have to work because I have a Disney habit to support....it's more addictive and expensive than crack!

We've done MNSHP for the past three years, and have loved every one. We were hoping to get over for a long weekend this year, but that doesn't look like it is going to happen now. (Especially since I have severly drawn down my miles bank - 11 First Class R/T tickets to Orlando for our Family reunion in November will tend to do that). I'd especially love to go to MVMCP, but December is impossible to get away from the store.

Celeste - I love the idea on the Minnie Nurse. We don't have a direct license with Disney, but I will be talking with a few people we work with who do, to see if we can come up with something.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I felt strange writing yesterday but felt strongly compelled - thus the feelings won over.

Even though James and I have seen this type of situation over and over due to work, this one has hit home, being our best friends.

All will be ok, in due time I'm sure.

Remember how upset people were getting when the Westbound pins went up for sale on Ebay before we even left for the cruise. Well, a set of the Eastbound pins are now for sale on Ebay. The seller says "This is a Pre-Sale Auction and will be available to ship on or about September 7th, 2005, when I return from the voyage".

Well, we finally broke down and booked the 11-night southern. We're still looking to the Med in 2007 too. Tokyo? That might get pushed back again, now....

Just remember you can say you went on the 1st 11 day Disney Wonder Cruise! Tokyo......I can't think of anything there that you would be first for....well except maybe it would be your first vacation there.

BTW, I also booked 2548, if mom and dad don't go, then Robert and I will take 2548 and give up the verandah. If mom and dad go, we will stay with the verandah. Will need the extra space.

Okay, so since I booked 2548 you now need to move to "main seating".

I liked the late seating so Noah could attend the major evening events which happened in the club during main dinner seating....but I don't want to be alone either.

Hmm....

I know Laurie and I like the group we were with- but we would both agree that it would have been nice to be at a larger table.

Any suggestions?

Lynn- We have not looked at MVMCP dates yet, but Dec 1 & 4 are our "traditional" dates that we go. I will NEVER go on a Friday night again if I can help it Maybe we can run into each other there and Scott can tell us where we are

We were able to get great airfare, but not using Continental which is killing me as we will not acrue FF miles for the 2007 cruise Then 5 days AFTER we purchased the tickets, Continental dropped their fares to match!! The one good thing about using USA3000 is we get there very early and leave very late, so it is almost like having 2 extra days.

So Peter, do you have any MVMCP plans??

Celeste, to get at bigger table, try to link more folks, I can't remember the maximum, but I'm pretty sure you could get a table for 8.

I don't think we will do Palo's this trip, don't want to miss any of the rotational dinners.
