Just made my reservations for this years Food & Wine Festival Party for the Senses today. At the conclusion of the conversation... the CM asks if there are any other questions I have or there is any other way she can help me... So I say.. well can you tell me the summer 2007 schedule for the cruise line?? Unfortunately she could not...nor could she get me a chocolate souffle from Palo.

Oh well at least I tried.

I am so happy this evening because I just got broadband last week,and I have spent nearly a week trying to get my netgear wireless router to work ,I changed all the settings studied every computer option spoke to computer experts and still it would not work.Then I was told today that all you have to do is make up any word as the password ,reset the settings back to default as they were before I started messing with it and it worked immediately.So a week wasted.But now I have always on 2mb broadband.

I guess I'll have to fess up about my 15 minutes...

I won a 24 hour disco dance marathon in 1978. It was for Easter Seals and I went with a guy I performed dance shows with. We made it the whole 24 hours and won a dance contest at about 4am that made it on the local news shows and into the papers. After it was over, I slept for 48 hours! When we won, the prize was a weekend for 2 in Sun Valley. The only problem was, he was engaged to another girl! He didn't like Sun Valley, so I took my best friend.

No never saw a whale shark, it is on my list of critters to see and no Dive Quest after the member cruise.

Lee's brother and his family was at Disneyland a week ago and they were thinking of us. What a neat gift.

Geez, it's like the old days.. I miss a day and have 4 pages to catch up on!
If I can stop laughing at the stories.. gee.. I guess I'll confess that I was on the Bozo the Clown show and won the hula hoop contest..... Of course I was like 11 years old at the time...... and I think TV was still in black & white...

Now DPD, you left several openings, but I'll be nice and not use them..


My only claim to TV fame was about 40 years ago on a saturday morning show in Indy. Our cubscout pack was part of the audience. We sang "On To of Spaghetti".
Tippy on the other hand has been on several times in her younger years. Seems like everytime there was a dog walk locally, the tv station had her as one of the pups filmed.
Tippy and Payton(grandson) was also shown during the christmas parade about 4 years ago. Our parrothead club had entered a float and they were walking along side.

Mom and I are considering changing our Christmas 2006 cruise reservation that we booked onboard. We were wondering if anyone going on the 7 Day Eastern Nov 25 - Dec 2, 2006 or the 7 Day Western Dec 2 - 9, 2006 (or both?????)

after our trip to the Indy Zoo, we headed up to Mackinac Island.
Took Tippy with us. Very dog friendly place. Had a great time.

Yep, Bob they are beautiful.

Have to tell you a story. We had our Ears on our lamps next to the bed in our stateroom. When I took all the decorations down, I forgot to take them off of the lamps. They were almost the same color and I guess I just over looked them.

I was sooooo upset. But when I ordered them back in April, I got five of them so there were three more at home waiting for us.

guess I made the Room Hostess happy. Maybe she thought I left them for her. After tipping her each day and then the last night and leaving the hats, she made out pretty good.

Any way, the pavers were at where we stayed, Sunset Condos. They were on the westside of the island.
Told Lee, next time we use points and stay at the Grand Hotel atleast one night.
