We got our pins!! Now I can frame the entire Panam Canal pin set! I am so glad I have a reason to put off doinng laundry today..lol

I can't wait to see how you frame your pins...thanks so much for sharing from your previous cruise...it looks amazing!

Ok, this isn't totally DCL related, but here is a picture of my wine cellar door. Included on the door are corks from the Westbound Repositioning Cruise wine tasting party. Does this count? We should be able to fill up the door after the August Repo cruise!!

DOCTOR BILL!!!!!!!! We've missed you!!! I saw a pic of your family on the DCL pic thread, and was wondering where you were.....it was the first time I'd ever actually seen Billy!

I hope Angela is doing well....we have an entire crew of banged up, damaged people, she'll fit right in!! Please give her our best, and I hope she's feeling better very soon!

Yep, they moved us to the "community board". Was in my favorites automatically so I didn't notice until Dr. Bill told us. He is still out there lurking at us.

Renae, I'll be there on Wednesday but will be so busy, I will just probably call you and say "hi". I have about six errands to go places for some people and pic things up. And then, we leave for the ship on Thursday morning early right after breakfast.

Hey Deb,What's up? Hi to you too Kelli. kind of strange being over here. It takes away the fun of being the cruise. I suspect that there will be a loss of followers. I am trying to follow, but am going on the vacation club cruise Sept 4-8. I am hoping to find out when the 2007 schedule is out and maybe plan a trip or three to various places such as, um , uh, maybe, EUROPE. Or. maybe, Uh, the MEDITERRANEAN. Possibly a chance of um, er, ah ALASKA. UM,,,,
COULD BE!!!!!!!!!!!! Mortgage rates are pretty good these days and I am not currently tapped out. Close, maybe, but not tapped.
I just bought insurance for the DVC cruise. No health insurance , just trip. Lots of sickness in my family. Could be a lot of people die soon. Cousins, grandmother. Uncle and Aunt. It is very depressing. If I am on the cruise, the only one that I would absolutely have to leave for would be the grandmother of Angela. There is no one else to make the arrangements. She is a wonderful woman, 99, and I will miss her greatly. I am thinking of taking her on a short cruise soon along with my uncle and his wife if I can manage to afford it.

Bill.... that is an easy diagnosis. He is bored. His intelligence is way beyond his grade level even if he is doing honors work. He needs to be challenged more.

You have a wonderful son and will go far!

I really want to see what they have in mind for 2007. Would you all here do another repo cruise... or go to Alaska??

I'm not sure if I am a blessing or a curse - that heat was miserable, though I apparently brought it back here to LA.

We got our pins yesterday, and one of our two merch orders showed up as well. Shirt got here, but hat, ornament, etc have not.

We finally got the store opened yesterday. Photos are coming soon, but we are completely exhausted. We should have spent today working at the office, catching up there, but were too tired. So, after doing lunch with Adrienne's folks, we came home an took a long nap.

Okay, I am assuming that in order to get to these places , there must be some kind of reposition cruise, RIGHT? Wouldn't it be cool to go across the Atlantic? Maybe not, could be rough. The pacific was great as far as I am concerned.

Tell them I said Hi. Let me say this about Billy. YOu can't get anywhere in life with F grades or even D grades. It won't make a difference when you apply to school. What kind of testing schould he take to make sure he doesn't have a learning disability . It that even a possibility? The kid obviously has ability, but he is driving us crazy. At this rate, I am not sure he can be accepted into the Christian high school . in the next year. Remember, he is a great son and I love him immensely, but I don't want him to end up on the street.
He was given a computer programming book, C++, and he is studying it immensely. Unbelievable.

Well you may have found his niche!

Going across the Atlantic would be interesting. I am not sure what they are going to do. I have a feeling they may annouce a new ship in July but will not be ready untill 2008. They may do Europe when it is done. This is my speculation!

I am not sure what to do. Mom said she would do Alaska.

We booked for Friday, Jan 6th (I believe) and will be going home Sunday, Janu 8th....we may extend these dates depending on school and work. We are at OKW

Want to hear what I did at work today? I have a little old lady with dementia and alzheimers. After looking for lipstick (nonexistent) for 30 minutes and her continuing to climb out of her bed and or chair- I brought her to the nurses station- logged onto Tony's website and let her look at Georgie's photos from the cruise. Who knew cruise photos would calm the crazed? Very sweet lady- but I had other people to look after.
