On the discussion boards looks like we are going to have new menus.... They are going to try something new .. same menu for all the restaurants..One person made a link to his website showing what is on some of then....They were on the 4/23 sailing

I have looked at a ton of sites and I can't get a deck plan layout to print the whole thing. Every place I print, it will only get the first have of the ship -- not the back half. Like the image is too big. I tried copying it into word, but only the first half gets there. I used to print them on Expedia, but still no luck.

Can someone point me to be able to print the full size of the ship?

What I did was find the image you want (I used http://www.dcltribute.com/maps/deckplans.htm). Right-click on the map and click Copy. Go into Paint (Start...Programs...Accessories...Paint) and go to Edit...Paste.

You can then go into File...Page Setup and set it to Landscape. You can also shrink the margins down to help but you want to make sure to set it to fit to 1 page tall by 1 page wide.

The problem you were having in Word was that the image is too large. If you click on the image, go to one of the corners and the pointer turns to a double arrow. Click and drag the image to make it smaller until you can get it to fit on a page. I find just doing it in Paint is easier though.

I know I am not taking mine with me because I don't want to drag it back on the plane on our return home from CA. Our carry ons will be plenty to handle.

Kay, and all others re SSR room on 5/13. This should work,

I will post the room number here shortly after we check in. Also will post my cell phone number on 5/10. I also guess you can call SSR and ask for Scott Hughes' room where we will leave a msg on the answering machine with the room number. Just in case the room reservation gets put in Lynn's name her name is Lynn Gurnee. That has happened a couple of times. That should cover about every thing.

Any other Ideas are always welcome, or PM us any time and I will send you my cell phone number and email address.

I know this will come as a complete surprise to everyone, but one of my interests is improv comedy. Since DCL took the improv out of Off-Beat, it's up to us to bring improv back to the Magic. So, I'll be "hosting" some improv games on one of the at sea days TBD. Anyone interested? No experience necessary. It's just for fun. Audience members needed.

He was curious to know if there were other Rotary Club members cruising with us. Some folks are staying at 2 of the most stayed at resorts at the Port
Ron Jons and the Radisson, no official meets have been Set up as of yet but Look for folks all day around the pool area's also several others at the Airport hyatt and plans are in works.

Attire, = There will be two (2) formal and two (2) semi formal evenings. There will be one (1) pirate(1)tropical nights. I guess that leaves nine (9) "cruise casual" nights were jeans are allowed in the dining rooms (don't even get me started!)

Food = There are plans to introduce new lunch and dinner menus so that no menu will be repeated during the course of the sailing.

Special Dining nights announced By DCL. = Formal nights 5/16 and 5/26. Semiformal 5/19 and 5/21. Tropical Night 5/18 Pirate night 5/23 Full List Here These Are Subject to change.

Entertainment = A new production show to be offered. Called " Twice Charmed ". Cinderella themed Stage Show.
Have also heard of a 3 night murder mystery show..

We will have a celebrity singer on board for a night.

We are getting a commemorative book about our sailing.


Donald Ducky Williams, will be onboard and we will recieve 2 Lithographs
1 for going on the cruise and one for going thru the canal.
This has been said on other cruises by DDW .

Canal Party = All seas travel, is hosting a party in the Roy Suite the day of the Canal crossing . for its customers. You can do better than that..

Return Cruisers Gift = It is rumored that there is a new gift not a beach towel as on past Cruise's.

PRE CRUISE - Wine and Cheese Meet at Scott and Lynn’s Condo

WHEN: Friday May 13, 2005, at 4:00PM till ??

WHERE: Scott and Lynn’s room at SSR, unless there are a whole bunch of folks we will find a common area at SSR to host this event. Will post a location after our arrival.

WHO: It’s for any and all of us on the cruise.

What is it about: Just a chance to meet before we board the Magic, put a face with the board name, etc.

We will provide cheese, dips, munchies etc. BYOB or soda or water or whatever you would like to drink, we will have our fine plastic drink ware and china available.
