DisneyPinDiva said:Georgie: It's the manufacturers... they keep cutting the sizes smaller and smaller. If any clothing company would cut the garment in a size 12 and mark it size 6 and so on....do you know how much money they would make??? FROM ME ALONE?? Okay entrepreneurs ... get to work!!!1
rcostello1 said:Hmm...while shopping (who me? where's Regina?) in NYC I came across a Dolce & Gabanna jean jacket (oooh ahhh). It was a cute, short cut, but the size intrigued me. It was XXXL and I thought, who in the world would need D&G in that size, not to mention why would they make one so "big" for a designer like that. So for sh**s and grins I tried it on. Mind you I wear a L or XL dress shirt depending on the cut. It hit great on the waist, perfect sleeves, but I couldn't get it across my chest! I thought it was so funny...even for men, it's the same. I can wear 3 different pants sizes, 3 different jacket sizes, and at least for shirts XL almost always works, though I have to go for L or I feel pregnant with all the extra room...
Hmm. I need to make a list of who not to meet...I don't need to find any shoppers...I do well enough on my own!![]()
was on there now it is not ??krdisneybound said:Did I miss that one?? Anyone have information on this???

We decorated the gym in red, white and blue, lots of flags and 26 kindergartners singing America the Beautiful to a proud Marine Staff Sergeant. There we alot of moist eyes in the room. They provided him with the good 'ol bbq of hamburgers and hot dogs. He in turn mixed up a full meal of MRE's (meals ready to eat) so that the kids could taste it. Several little ones (DD included) asked for seconds! It was a fun day.

They dropped the shirts off last night at about 7pm. Anymore news on "the letter" from anyone who has received theirs?
Had a little party at DD's school yesterday. Two kindergarten classes got together to welcome home one of the daddy's who just returned from Iraq. It was really a moving sight.
