I have a brilliant pin plan. Let's bring wristbands. When people show up to buy the pins, we'll hold up our wrists and tell them that they need to get the band to purchase them.

We'll be very helpful and direct them to subdeck 13 where they're being distributed.

Regina, your deadline for shopping is April 24. I went to Dillards (2hrs away) last weekend, and I go to NYC April 22-24. I'm *sure* I can find something there. Now that it is finally warm up here, I am "test wearing" some of my new shirts, then off to the cleaners they go not to be seen until the cruise.

Have to pick up another group of clothes at the cleaners tomorrow...who is packed?? I'm still making a list. I have to coordinate some ties. I have so many things I want to bring, but I REALLY want to widdle it down to a week or less of clothes...ugh! I'm only giving myself one bag. ONE BAG!

And I ordered the new DCL passporter too. I think we need to be first on the list for sending it out....I need the new pages for my binder!

Swimsuits. I went a little crazy shopping for the cruise and ended up with 4 new bikinis. Thank goodness I live near the beach and will get good use out of them.

I am having a hard time finding shorts. Any women have ideas?

I'm having a hard time finding shorts also. I asked at one store, and they said they would be getting them in until early May! Doesn't make much sense, especially considering I live in the south and we've already had temps in the 80's.

Hi all! I'm back from my conference...exhausted and trying to catch up at work and with you all! Boy, as we get closer, everyone is getting super chatty! I have about 15 pages to catch up on.

First post to a message board ever. Don't know what I'm doing. Looking for info on kids traveling on this sailing. I have 3 daughters: 15, 12, and 7. On previous cruises, they had a hard time meeting other kids and making friends on board. I have heard that there are only 500 kids sailing on this voyage. My guess is that many of those will still be in diapers. Any suggestions for places where my girls might find and email with others, so that when they embark they may already have "met" someone. Also, suggestions on other strategies for helping them to make friends during the cruise.

OK, everyone needs to go back to the link where the picture of the hubcap is posted and keep scrolling down.

They now have a picture of a map and all the pins for each of the ports we are visiting posted.

I may have to change some of my excursions to make sure we are doing the same activities in the ports as they show on the pins.

Kidding... but they do look VERY cool! I think I need them all!

Whoa! You guys do an overnight slumber party on here or something?? I leave at almost midnight last night and come back this AM to 5 pages to catch up on!!!I am so excited about the pins! Not only the hubcap.. but the pin chase ones as well... and Mazatlan has Mickey and Minnie riding horses... and that's what we'll be doing there!! SO CUTE!

The small logo pin resembles the hubcap... and is slightly different for the return repo cruisers.. so WHO ON THE AUG TRIP WANTS TO TRADE LOGO PINS??

Bill (and other novice pin addicts) Typically on the regular cruises the special limited edition pins are only sold at the pin cart during pin trading time (usually 7:30pm-8:30pm in the atrium and it's chaos) Also, watch the navigators because usually they will say "special limited edition pins available" as a little blurb advertising the pin trading time. Due to the SIZE of that hubcap pin... my guess is that it will be sold with the other collectible type things in Tresure Ketch.

The Pin Pursuit might be different... they might release each port pin on the day that we hit that port... or they could release them all at once. I'm guessing they will release them as we go.... but that's just a guess. Unfortunately it means standing in line a lot... not one of my forte's.... I don't like wasting cruise time standing in lines.
If Disney were planning ahead.. when we get to our staterooms there would be a form where they would let us PRE-ORDER one entire set of pins per person, deliver them to our stateroom and charge our room accounts accordingly. ANYONE FROM DISNEY LISTENING??????

Well, my day is going to be either watch TV or be on computer.

I have to unplug the telephone line on my Tivo/TV in order to use the computer. Then when I want to watch TV I have to plug the telephone line back into the TIVO box.

What in the world is going on???????

We have Dish Network and the only time it activates the phone line is once a night to download any pay per views that we buy, not sure why it would be messing up your computer, as our phone line is always plugged into the Dish System.
