I need an attachment type thingy (I'm not super computer coordinated ) to show to companies to get a quote. Thought I'd do my 'shopping around' before Ivanova's husband has it all ready to go this weekend...

Whew!!! Work is crazy and the traffic even crazier!!! Only 13 weekends left until the cruise??? Oh No, I guess I better be getting on the elipictical like crazy! I can't even spell it much less use it! I talked my hubby into buying it for me, but he says I won't use it! He leaves for the gym every morning about 4:30am, then he calls me when hes leaving to make sure I worked out at home! I always say yes...hehehe . Do you think he'll notice when my butt has'nt shrunk yet?????

All that I have been told so far is that we will have a deluex oceanview stateroom.....do not know if CAT 8 or 9 yet or which deck. Airfare is included so I guess we will have to wait for Disney to schedule flights.....problably won't know til the last minute when were flying.
Since we have to wait for confirmation from disney I don't know when we will be able to sign up for excursions...I hate waiting for others so I can plan!

Yes, deadmentellnotales.com is my favorite pirate site. But to really get 110% full enjoyment, you need to order something just so you can experience the confirmation email (from a pirate) and then the shipping confirmation (from another pirate). Those two emails I got were more than worth what I bought cuz I just laughed so hard because they were just great.

Well, we now know who is buying the first round of drinks!!!!

Welcome Denise! There is an update posted every night. Be sure to get involved and you will have a blast. A couple of things:

1. Disney does a Pirates of the Caribbean night. Many, many on the ship will dress up like pirates. Find some costumes and join in the fun with Captain Hook, Mr. Smee and others. It is a blast. We just did it on the 10 day cruise for Christmas and it was our favorite event.

2. Go to the pirate sites and get pirate names for all of your family. There are a bunch of different sites and it may take a couple until you find ones you like. But to be a real pirate, you need pirate names!

3. There are tons of things going on. Look over the list and PM whomever is in charge so you can be included if you'd like.

And, most important, if you have any questions, be sure to ask. We all have more opinions and thoughts to share than I'm sure you really need!

is it known how many formal,semi formal nights ,party nights there are ,and the theme.I see there is mention of a pirate night but dont know much about it.

Also as we are coming from the UK ,I might like to hire a Tuxedo ,can you get these from Disney on the Magic or what would you recommend.

We are guessing there will be 2 formal nights and 2 semi-formal nights. If there are more than that I am eating dinner in my underwear in my cabin.

DH and I were just dicussing all the clothes we're going to need for this cruise...2 formals, 2 semi-formals, pirate costumes, everyday clothes, DD's princess costumes....wow, with all that I don't know where I'm going to pack the vodka and wine?! Plus, we'll have the martini shaker and olives....gosh!!! We may need to buy bigger luggage!

Great more money going into this cruise!!!! I have the feeling it is going to be well worth it!

There were a few guys at our dinner table who rented their tuxes from Disney and were SO glad they did! The fit was great and, better yet, there was more room in the luggage for their wives dresses....
