To make sure we get our pins in time for the cruise, I will need to get the payment to Susan by 3/14 the latest. Ideally, we should have the order cut off on 2/14, which would give everyone 3 weeks to get the payment to me. We can extend that by a week, as I am padding this to leave no room for errors. Also Some folks are staying at 2 of the most stayed at resorts at the Port
Ron Jons and the Radisson, no official meets have been Set up as of yet but Look for folks all day around the pool area's also several others at the Airport hyatt and plans are in works..

Dining Times,
I know that several people have linked there dining times
and have seen several people looking to fill tables for both early and late.
We however we like to take our chances Yikes on a 14 day cruise..
may rethink that.. it is a long time to be stuck with someone you may not be fond of... Pm me status of that and I will post..

Out of 7 cruises with DCL we have been lucky except for one and we feel dining is not just a time to eat food, these are like dinner shows !!
with something different going on each night... walked around going Man We have to dine with the GRISWALD'S Again.. Found ourselves going
Palo Would Be Great Again. Lets go Bug them.. And lets try Topsiders for Dinner.. There are some pretty unDisney educated people out there.. LOL
and yes it is fun to share tips with them..

1 for going on the cruise and one for going thru the canal.
This has been said on other cruises by DDW ..

Canal Party= All seas travel, is hosting a party in the Roy Suite the day of the Canal crossing . for its customers. You can do better than that.. LOL

Also We were lucky enough to sail on the Inaugural Western route.
they made big to do 's out of the Magic Stopping at there port
and We got Greated Very Warmly ... Bands, Music, and They gave you
stuff was great fun.. Dont forget to check the gift shop for those limited items...

Just want to pass this along. I talked with DCL today.

They plan to have Don Ducky Williams do a special signing event during lunch time. No specific date has been set.

Delilah (the DJ with the sappy love songs) gave away May repo cruises to 4 lucky listeners. She may be onboard.

On the Christmas Cruise he was scheduled for an hour or two for signing in the afternoon. Before it even started, the line was down the hall, past Treasure Ketch, and around the atrium upstairs! I stood in line 45 minutes before I was able to get him to sign the lithograph and a couple of postcards they were selling. He was awesome. He actually kept signing for another couple of hours after the designated time and then he actually signed again on a second day. My son-in-law missed both signings, happened to run into him in the hallway the last afternoon of the cruise. Ducky told my son in law where to find him during dinner time and to bring the litho over and he would sign it.

Well, to make a long story short SIL obeyed, took the litho, and not only did Ducky sign the litho he then asked SIL if he had kids and he said yes, a boy and girl. So Ducky said, oh let me draw them something. He took out his pad and pencil and made two different drawings. They are priceless. SIL has framed them and put up on the wall in his house. Of course Ducky said to him, these are just chickened scratched! He is one awesome guy. I can't wait to go to his lecture series again (and hopefully win one of those BIG CHICKEN SCRATCHES!) while on the cruise.

He said that he loves being on the ship and that the worst day at sea is better than the best day he could ever have sitting in his office!

DON'T FORGET TO GO TO OFFICE SUPPLY STORE AND PICK UP ROUND MAILING TUBE TO PUT YOUR LITHO IN!!!!

You want to make sure it makes it home with no dents, dings, or scratches. I guarded mine like it was worth a priceless piece of art! (And to me, it is!)

Actually, Cash prefers to go about unhatted or, as they say in foreign places, sans chapeau. When fitted with a hat he acts offended....We did, however, fashion the Pirate bandana into a jaunty kerchief on the 10-day without injuring his pride too much...It's the reindeer antlers, or wooley sheep ears that really get him going...Soooo undignified...
Today he was pouting because I went shopping before feeding him first (I can't begin to describe the terror I feel at the thought of him with a full stomach in a store....The possibilities........ohhhh. So, nix on the hat.

Great idea about a pin for Ducky. I’m wondering if anyone was buying extra pins in case people join us between cutoff and the cruise. I’m willing to purchase an extra 5 for this purpose.

On the subject of Palo brunch, other than the people already reserved for the private room, is the same day what we want? Just want to make sure there are no misunderstandings. We can plan on the same day in the main Palo dining room, as close to the private room as possible, or try for another day. I’m of the mind to try for the same day, and if people want to try another day, they can book for smaller groups. Also, having brunch the same day would not mess up yet another day when we want to do high tea.

Please put my group of 3 down for both sailaway parties. And we can only accept one more person, or I’ll have to order more necklaces…. Seriously--the more, the merrier!!

Also, I will relinquish my “official lap counter” title to whoever was originally offering, as I may need a counter if I decide to run/walk. (Not likely if I do it at all that I’ll lose count… “One…….OK, I’m done……spa, here I come!!”)

I, too, agree about getting some “girly” shirts to quote TDC Nala….girly is good…..
