Just called Disney merchandising and the lady said no Mickey ear blue hat with skull/crossbones on front beret-style...The one in her book is either black or red/white stripe bandana style...no help at all...

This is REALLY strange as there's a picture of a blue one on Laughing place website....but for 28.00 with shipping...

Thats ok. Apparently someone decided to flag the Lousy T-Shirt image as offending on me. I'm now fighting with Cafepress over the rights to use the image (which I created entirely and spent hours on creating). I'm anxiously awaiting their reply as to what is infringing (or if its just someone being bitter)

Well, I'm assuming it's the "canal" shirt since that page is empty now and the "repo" shirt is still accessible. I'm trying to remember what all was on it. The only thing I can think of that might be copyrighted is the Disney-style font. As far as I can remember, it was primarily text with the row of flags at the top, right? The font is the only thing that might make sense. I have no idea whether it actually is copyrighted or not, but I'd believe it if it was.

I didn't get a really good look at the design but I bet it's the castles.

I have no idea when I'm getting on the ship - it'll be up to the Disney bus driver who's taking Amy and I over from Port Orleans - so I'm not signing up for any more sailaway parties, nor can I book Palo or spa stuff.

Fonts can't be copyrighted ... if you used a trademark (like a Disney logo of some kind) there might be an issue ... or like someone else mentioned, maybe the castles (if you used actual DL and WDW castles and not "generic" castle graphics).

They plan to have Don Ducky Williams do a special signing event during lunch time. No specific date has been set.

Delilah (the DJ with the sappy love songs) gave away May repo cruises to 4 lucky listeners. She may be onboard.
