When will the rates for April 2005 be out?

What are the chances of getting the ENT rate or the fan club rate for April spring break and when is the best time to book to get a good rate?

Packages are available NOW!

I TOO want to book for April BUT they have to sell a certain number of Packages(room and USO Tixs 1st.)
If you watch closely Disney and USO are finally applying the SWA marketing model.
I talked to a Loews Rep a few weeks ago and she said that contracts had to be signed, my feelings tell me that the NBC people are fine tuning the discounts for room only with associations like AAA, AARP, Entertain, etc.
Think of all of those GE employees who want the same discount that GM and HP workers get from Disney.
Discounts in the future will be there but the allotment of rooms at a particular discount will be smaller than previous years at USO because of the GE population.

Last week I was told that 2005 rates would be available sometime in June or July. Last year the discounted rates (aside from AAA and FL) did not come out until November!!

I was wondering when the APH Rates would be out for 2005 we are looking for the last week in March. KELLY

Kelly - if you look at the very top of this forum there are 2 threads than run regarding rates for 2004 and one that ran for 2002/2003 - if you start at the beginning you can see that for 2004 some APH rates for PBH were released in early October and the other rates (Ent, Fan, remaining APH) were released in mid-Nov (though they kept telling us "last week of Nov" when we all called to check). Who knows what they'll do this year - but I think that's a good place to get a feel for what might happen for 2005. I keep a good eye on the DIS - someone usually posts as soon as they start getting the discount rates - this year I will also keep my eye on Hotelkingdom.com - they had some of the best rates when they ran a sale, but those rooms went quickly !!

I can't wait to book my Feb '05 trip--President's week. I am worried that the good rates will go fast & I will miss out, so I check daily!! Can we say "obsession?"

Me too - Presidents' Week 2005!

Last year I decided in September for Presidents' Week this year. I couldn't get anything other than a King Suite at the rack rate of $299. I'm hoping to do better than that next year.

I'm going Feb 2005 also.. Have to get two rooms cause there are seven of us. This is the first time we will be staying on site so Im a little anxious and nervous about the cost. What is the best rate anyone has gotten for Presidents week in the past.
PS: I am also checking everyday for the rates to come out.

We desperately want to stay at HRH during our trip next easter but online it says no rooms available...I guess this is because the rates havent be released? Im new to this so am I right?4

Where do we check daily, the loews website?

Would it do me any good phoning the hotel to book a room now then applying a discount later?

I don't think the Universal on-site hotels are taking reservations yet for 2005. Apparently, 2005 rates will be out soon. As soon as someone is able to book a room in 2005, I'm sure it will be posted here.

GALAXY, a few weeks ago I ran across of a post by a Dismember who booked a 2005 package threw a travel agent, I think it was in the 2004 rate thread , maybe if you find the reply and PM that member he can give you a lead to the travel agent.

Im a total newbie at all this.

If you give me a clue where/how to look I'll get on to it and be glad to share with anyone who's interested.

My DH will phone tomorrow and book one night at The Hard Rock for next March . So hopefully well be booked and a discount will become available.
