The link Angel's Momma gave is really good, I just looked at it, and you can print it out and use it as a checklist.

Also, are the penny books available online anywhere? I'm sure I could find them on E-Bay, but anywhere else?

Yes, but it was really fun. We got all but maybe 12-15 last time (we missed those because our list was outdated - I found that newer list after we returned home). Next time we hope to get those & maybe the quarters too. Visiting all of the resorts was one of DH's favorite parts of the trip.

Also, are the penny books available online anywhere? I'm sure I could find them on E-Bay, but anywhere else?

I know others have ordered them, but I just can't remember the name of the places right now, sorry. I'll try to find it later. I do know that those places charge about double the wdw cost though.
