Good morning Cruisers!
We sail in 6 days!

Enough with the flowers - now that we are days away I thought I would keep the countdown going!

A week from today we :

• Will have had our first DIS meet and everyone should have gotten to meet each other.
• If we are on APL rotation our Character Breakfast should be this morning.
• Those of us in DVC should be attending the DVC Member party this morning.
• We'll be pulling in at noon for a beautiful day at Key West!

Points #2 an #3 are based on events of our May 2003 cruise and really may not happen next Sunday.

I may call the kennel and see if I can drop of dog Thursday instead so I don't have to drive out there Friday if snowing.

I'm calling and seeing if I can drop the dog off LAST Tuesday. I'll get a lot more done if I don't have to entertain her or constantly be wiping up the sunroom and kitchen floors!!

I actually toyed with the idea of dropping her off Monday or Tuesday of this week (instead of Wednesday) but then she's already going to be there from 12/15-1/3!!! Poor thing will think we've abandoned her!

Good morning all. My sis came over last night and we made holiday wreaths. What fun. I have never done that and it came out nice. Wish I could bring mine for our door. Oh well, the Santa stocking will be easier for DM to see.

When I do the daily good morning or the weekly countdown I find my last post and quote and then change what is needed.


For the last couple months on this thread that means daily going back 10-15 pages at least.

On the DVC Member Cruise thread to do the weekly update it was on the current page!

We'll have to get that group rocking when we get back!

Karen - my only piece of sign advice and I may be way off base. Are you trying to do a design that prints all the way to the edge of the paper? Mine has a white border around it. I think some printers can print all the way to the edge but not sure ours can. Don't know if that is what is causing your problem or not but I thought I would throw it out there.

No, not ALL the way to the bottom. It has a colored border around it, and then a 1/2 space of white around that. And actually it starts getting a bit blurry about 1/2 inch above THAT. SO a full inch above the bottom of the page.

No, not ALL the way to the bottom. It has a colored border around it, and then a 1/2 space of white around that. And actually it starts getting a bit blurry about 1/2 inch above THAT. SO a full inch above the bottom of the page.

Got the recommendation for Shirley last year. A real little hometown place - not big like a Publix. A nice variety of. We got pop, water, and some snacks there including a Key West Trail Mix type snack that Mark loved.

Yikes, haven't tried printing my sign yet. Better do that today. Our new printer is still in its box. Just haven't had the time to hook it up yet, it wasn't a priority, maybe now it is!

URGENT REQUEST FOR HELP!!!

No...don't call 911. Well, not until ohiomickey blows his lid over this door sign printing. That may come very soon.....

This may be to late, but try cleaning the feed rollers with rubbing alcohol. For good measure, clean the back of the magnetic sheet (the magnetic side) before you feed it in.


Those feed rollers get dirty and gunked up with crud and loose their gripping power after awhile.

Can't be good at everything. Mark has always been the techie of the two while I tend to be the more creative. Sounds like you got lots of good advice from others.
