Good Sunday Morning Cruisers!!!

I think yesterday was very productive for me around here. The girls had hair appointments in the morning and then I got to packing. Except for last minute things I got myself packed, Alyssa packed, and the snorkel gear and Christmas decorations packed. Today I am going to work on the toiletries bag and the garmet bag. Rich is supposed to pack his suitcase sometime today. I will believe it when I see it.

We are going to do our Christmas today. We were supposed to do it first thing this morning but Rich had to go into the hospital so we are waiting on him to get home.

Have a great day!

Welcome - TazDev & 3timecruiser

We have a great group of people here on this thread and we are going to have so much fun.

OK, my turn to ask for help.

I want a map of Antigua, especially the Redcliffe Quay boardwalk area and haven't found any success yet. Anyone have any ideas????

I have not been able to find one myself. All of them have been pretty high level, Nothing detailed.

Kevin - will this one work for you?

Found another one in our guidebook and Mark is scanning that one now.
And here's the scanned one.

Thanks, that's what I wanted. Everything I found was the entire lsland.

Very nice, I knew I could count on you guys to work your "Magic" :wizard: :earboy2:

Just got back from church. Listening to Jimmy Buffet Island Christmas and packing.

What a great way to spend a Sunday. Not as good as diving, but it's a good second best.

Aren't birthday parties fun. Seven out of control thirteen year old girls. The only good thing about it is that they are still asleep, so now it's quiet.

The big drama last night was that DD Staci was using our digital camera and one of her friends didn't want her picture taken and put her hand in front of the camera - knocking it out of Staci's hands onto the floor. Now it doesn't work - it won't turn on. So I guess it's off to the stores today to replace it before the cruise. Not what I expected to do today.

Thanks to Mary and LeiLani for Staci's birthday wishes - she was very surprised to see them this morning (she is the only one up this morning).

GaRy, where are you?

GaRy and I were trying to hook up for some diving this upcoming week here in Central Florida. He left without setting all the plans.

If anyone hears from GaRy, please get his phone number and PM me with it.

Don't want to miss out on a dive opportunity (since TinksDad can't go diving).

He's on his way to dive right now! Took his daughter with him, though she is not so happy about diving the cold lake once again with the Caribbean so close.

Garry might not be in FL yet.

That is sooo cute. We can't wait to meet your little Princess either! Hmm, do you think a 5'4" teen will pass as Tink for your daughter? She has blonde hair and blue eyes, if that helps. And she loves little kids, though she might be very busy with the teen crowd this time. I'll make sure Tinksdad sends her an answer when he gets back from scuba diving today.

A few more things off our list:

  • Packing - finished yesterday
  • Documents - finished today
  • Confirmed Sea Trekkin at Coral World
Still to do:

  • Confirm airline - Thurs.
  • Confirm limo for return trip - by Thurs.
  • Relax and have fun!

Canon Digital Rebel, excellent choice, only put you back $1,000

HAPPY SUNDAY MORNING CRUISERS!

Okay, so the fever subsided a little, was able to sleep in until 7 a.m. Been busy, but figured I'd better check out the boards.

It's 9:35 a.m. MST, so next Sunday this time we should be pulling the ship into Key West. (Who was it that was arranging for us Dis'ers to be co-pilots?)

I love my Kodak Easy Share DX 4530, and I think it was only about $350 or so at Sam's Club. It has fallen from my daughter's hand already and survived, so I'd recommend it for teen abuse.

Happy Birthday to Staci!

YESTERDAY

Went to Best Buy

1. Picked up Stacey her battery for camera :cool1:

2. Looked at the Epson Picturemate photo printer that Paul (or was it Ken) told me about. $199 at Best Buy, then $50 VISA rebate, and $40 Best Buy rebate, final cost $109

BOUGHT IT!

Thanks for helping me spend more money!!!!! Good news is I can bring with me and print out 100 pictures if I need to with the 4 x 6 prints and the ink cartridge. 29 cents per picture.

Got to try out that thing today!

DH thinks I am out of control. He said at store What do you need a 3rd photo printer for?

Well.................Paul said on the Dis Boards that this was the best and I could take on trips with me, besides we are having a little scrapbook get together and I need a printer! You should have seen the look on his face. At that point he just gave up, and went looking at digital video cameras. He wants one of those new ones with those DVD disks. Probably our next purchase. (Bet we have in time for Panama Canal cruise May 14, 2005)

Okay, DD is making CInnabon muffins. Work to do

Linda

Oh yeah, ONE LAST THING!

You guys may win the last post contest, but my family will win the LUGGAGE ONE!In fact, once our luggage is all packed (at least 26 pieces, I am sure), we will get a picture. Anyone else taking "luggage" pictures, get me a copy, so I can put in our CD-RW from the cruise that I am putting together.

Linda

Oh, whoever was asking last week about Music From the Park?

Please bring CD so I can borrow to make copy on my laptop to use a song or two in our CD-RW with the pictures!

Thanks!

Oh, and if anyone else wants a song on there, just let me borrow so I can make a copy of it while on cruise sometime (like the Jimmy Buffett song)
