I think I might make some fridge magnets with what's left.

I was thinking of doing that too, but AFTER the cruise....
I was thinking of using some of the photos I take on the cruise to print out magnets. At least that will take up some of the empty space that will appear after I have to take down my 10 day cruise interary.

What about a big magnetic picture of all us crazy DIS-ers!!??!?

Good Morining --- I can't believe it's December already!!! So much to do

We've been planning for the cruise for so long and now it's almost here --- now I'm getting all nervous -- I do nervous and stress really well

I can't get on the board at night 'cause Andrea is on the Teen Board all night --- guess they are having a good time --- maybe I need to go check it out.

Anyway --- do you think we should organize the Lab Kids (10-12's) in a gift exchange like the teens???? They could work it the same wait until the cruise and draw names --- girls /w girls and boys w/ boys. That way you could just bring something along or pick something up at a port. I think the teens are doing it as a Secert Santa thing. Let me know what you all think?

Stacey --- I stood outside of my house and turned toward Olathe and yelled "Happy Thanksgiving to Stacey's Brother" last week --- did he hear me?????

Just off the phone with DVC member services.......... I am so used to staying at a resort and having my tickets all taken care of.............that I just reallized we don't have Park Passes for the second leg of our Trip!!!!

So I am trying to find the best deal for the 3 of us - all adults.......

DVC told me that if I wanted to wait to buy an annual pass on Jan 2, 2005 - Members get $100 off!! Which is Great! But what am I suposed to do from 12/28 - 1/2????????

I am kicking myself - because we were in Disney in April 2004 for 9 days - and didn't think of buying a pass - knowing we had this second trip coming up - Gee I think I am loosing my Mind.............!!!!!!!

Ok, it finally stopped raining here. It poured all day yesterday. But now the yard is a mud pit. There were dog prints all through the sun room and the kitchen. So I let the dog out and mopped up. What did she do while I wasn't watching her? She dug a muddy hole and stuck her head into it! Then she sat on the top step and made muddy nose prints and smears all over the recently cleaned patio door!

So I drag her in by her collar, throw her (not literally) into her crate and re-mop!

Now the house just smells like mud.

Mike said this morning "I should have put my foot down and said NO DOG!" A little too late now.

Sorry, I HAVE to laugh at this. That's the good thing about having a little dog - little feet. The Nurse practitioner at my doctor's office was telling me yesterday that she got a dog this summer, a saint bernard. It's 6 months old and weighs 90 pounds.

Okay, I am headed home from work (Only 8:40 p.m. tonight). But wanted to say we did go to Christmas with the Cranks last weekend, and since we are not putting up our tree this year, I wanted to post a couple of pictures so at least I can feel that I put up the tree somewhere!!!!

good morning cruisers! I can't catch up to all the pages I've missed. I got as far as 1223 and will try to catch up later...

GarRy - glad to hear that Vikki is doing well... sounds like the cruise is coming at the perfect time ...

We did the doc dance on Monday... DD got to sign for them so she was pretty excited about that.

We are now on

DD has a day off of school today so we are booked into our first mother and daughter spa day. We are heading out in a few minutes. Then I have to travel to Saskatoon for a meeting that I have tomorrow morning... When, oh, when will I ever catch up!

This weekend my family is all coming to our place for an early Christmas - we'll be doing the turkey thing again but should be fun. I probably won't get much of a chance to be on here til Sunday but I'll try...

We are in the freezing zone of the country. I don't know how much snow we got yesterday and last night but it's a lot, and it's very cold (at least -20C). The 11th can't come too soon for us....

I think in 16 years or so I'll laugh at this too. But the mud particles are burning my nose right now and it's not funny at all!

No no no! I'm not laughing at you! I'm picturing your dog all covered in mud with it's nose pressed against the glass. My dog likes to burrow his nose in the snow (the light fluffy stuff). He comes up with his nose all covered. It's so funny - especially because he really hates the snow.

It was in the member newsletter thingy (I think it's on their website as well). I think it's a new perk they're offering. You have to buy AFTER January 2nd. I don't know when the offer ends though (if it does).

You could always hose her off before she comes in, but then you have the wet dog syndrome where they shake off where ever you don't want them to (i.e. anywhere that's carpet/upholstry).

OMG....It's December!!!!!!

I went to my HS reunion this past Friday.....I was nervous but it ended up being a blast.....The ladies 'aged' better than the guys!

WE HAVE SNOW....over 2 inches....It's gorgeous outside....really making me get into the holiday spirit.

Bought 2 gifts for the Secret Santa the kids have planned out.

I feel the same way!! Just bought the new pass in October when we were there. Oh well, I'll have extra complimentary refreshments at the Holiday Party!!
