Hi Everyone - Wow, what a chatty group! I thought I'd better do my part to get up to the 15,000 but I am quite sure that we will get 20,009. I really like the idea of a ladies spa night but I don't think they do it on the Magic... We have a great spa where I live and you can book it for private parties in the evening... they have a mineral pool, saunas, tanning bed, crystal room, all the wine you can drink, chocolate fondue, other snacks, AND you get three treatments all for $100 per person... For all our southern neighbours, that would be about $80 US. Good deal? Come on down (or up...)

hey I think I like that spa. are you located anywhere near Regina?

Chocolate fondue? I vote we have ladies night at Annie's spa!

Second choice would be the night between Antigua and St. Lucia, whichever order they are in. I know DH will be early to bed that night with two straight days of diving. I'll be out alone that night, anyway.

Deck 7 sounds good for the wine party. But how much trouble will we get in if we have open bottles of wine sitting around? We may have to duck into a cabin, open the bottle, go around and see who wants to try it, then dispose of it.

Which brand did you prefer? Quervo Gold?

Doesn't matter......
Tequila, like wine, beer, or any other alcohol, all tastes the same after the first glass anyway.....

Do they care if we have open bottles of wine? Don't people wander around with drinks all the time, or is that only during the deck parties?

The wine costs me $22 per bottle. I will try and fit a few extra in our luggage, but need to now how many extra to pack. Let me know if you are interested.

For some reason I can not attach a picture of the bottle. If you are interested in seeing the bottle or can post the picture, send me an email and I'll send you the file.

Sounds very interesting! I've never tasted that one, but seeing as how we have similar tastes in wine, put me down for one as well. Thanks!

I'd be curious of the label as well.

OK, let's see. 4 special bottles to enjoy at dinner, 2 bottles at least of DH's new favorite Banfi Rosa Regale, 1 bottle of Gruet Champagne for Kpros, 1 bottle of same for wine party, tequila for Stacey.

Hey, hon, how's your back?

And a TOP for me!

Pirates of the Caribbean is on starz. I have seen it a zillion times, have the dvd, and will still watch it now. Go figure. Ahhhh...... Capt Jack :cloud9:

Movies you can watch over and over and over:

Princess Bride
Amalie
Miss Congeniality
Zorro (the one with Antonio Banderas)

STRONG LIKE BULL!!

We had open bottles of boones farm on deck 7 on our inaugeral Western, no one seemed to care especially those of us that were to be drinking it.
The only problem I see with deck 7 is the lack of chairs/tables. If we have several bottles of wine and plates of food we need somewhere to put it.
We did have thirty+ people in cabin 8602 when we hosted the wine party. They were not all on the verhanda at once some mingled in the living/dining room. We really need to find out who is in the Roy suite and INVADE!!!!!

Vicki

Definitely not even close.

We just finished watching ShrekII for the 100th time.

My all-time favorite to watch again and again...especially if I need a good cry... Steel Magnolias.

And just about anything Disney

The Shrek movies are packed full of really subtle things, that aren't obvious to most the first time around. Just love that stuff!

Big John is Definitely on "Island Time". But I heard back from him within a couple of days at least. Not to worry, we'll have blast.

Totally off subject:

Jay just told me that there was a death in town during Wild West Days.
A 70 year old man was riding his horse through town, drinking, the horse spooked, threw him off, he hit his head and died.
Pretty sad, but I guess when they say don't drink & drive, that should include horseback riding, too.

That is a sad story. Let's leave the horses home so we can drink all we want. No one driving the ship are they?
