Good Evening All:

What a great day here. Probably the last nice day of the year and I made the best of it. Got the garage cleaned, the back yard picked up, all the outdoor furniture in the shed and had friends over for the afternoon.

I'm siked there is interest in "Girls Night Out". It will be nice to have someone to hang out with when hubbies are tired.

Mary got you pm. I'm glad evertything worked out.

Sue sent you an email. I just set up one of the late seating links so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Well, I got alot of outdoor work done today but my house is trashed so off to clean I go (so the the day care kids can trash it again in the morning)

A. I had to go to the cabin to keep the DH happy.

Well, we got home from the cabin, obviously.
There was still some snow on the ground, the kids had fun making snowballs. Mom had fun dodging them. I guess I was the slowest target.

It rained all day.....swell. But, we walked the property (some of it, anyway....there's 37 acres) and it was still nice. A lot colder than here. It was still 70 here when we got home, when we left up there it was only 41.

All in all, it was a nice day. The two teen girls giggled constantly...I have no idea what is so funny all the time. But I managed to sneak in a nice nap this afternoon. For some reason, going up in elevation like that always makes me sleepy.

GaRry & Vicki....I sent you an e-mail.....I was NOT on the t-shirt list.

We are definitely going to have to have a Girls' Night Out! Even I am a little frightened at the thought of all of us taking over one of the clubs!! Whoo hoo!!!

We listened to an oldies station on the radio coming home. Wish I could have gotten up and practiced some of my old disco moves!

Apparently, Day 2 of Wild West Days here got rained out...or at the very least, everyone got wet. Been a nice gentle rain all day.
Supposed to rain tomorrow too. And of course, on Friday, when I want to fly. I don't know why, but the Phoenix airport just doesn't function well when it rains.

Definitely taking the lap top to Vegas. No way could I keep up with all of you otherwise!

I kinda like the Viagra guy....Mark Martin. And Rusty Wallace is okay, too.

Is this NASCAR talk? The only guy I know (and he is therefore my favorite by default) is the Home Depot guy....is it Tony Stewart? I'd have to root for him (if I watched NASCAR) because I shop there a lot.

Haven't been around much today. Looks like I didn't miss much. Went to church, then Tim Hortons. Then home and worked on the bathroom. I actually stained wood and it looks good!! Surprise. Then cooked a big, old-fashioned Sunday dinner....ham, cheesy potatoes, peas, carrots, rolls. Took the dog for a walk. Made a homemade apple pie. Watched a movie. And now it's time for bed. Freeze warning tonight. Blech. Need the fence in so I don't have to go out in the cold to let the dog pee!!
