I guess it depends on whether or not I was in the water all day.

On the other cruises, I never had anyone to go to the clubs with. Mr. Stacey was a stick in the mud....but he's getting awfully curious about all of the DIS'ers ....he may just come out and play, too!

I thought that was - he was getting NERVOUS......

We got our Mickey vests and bow ties from thetuxxman on ebay as well, but we didn't bid on them, we called his store directly in Florida

Who else saw The Incredibles today?

Kids loved it

Gus, how old are your kids?

- David

Thanks..........I'll check out their website.

Lorraine,

Are you returning to England after the cruise? DD Kristin flies home to Morgantown WV after the cruise - and then leaves the next day flying to England with her mom to visit her brother (my son). He's stationed at RAF Mildenhall.

I'm back and there is no way I'm going back to read the past 7 days of postings. DW says you have all been very busy. I don't want to spend the time on that since I'm trying to figure out the next diving trip.

Kevin, I spent some time with a guy who has done both British Columbia and Caicos. I had been thinking of BC but he had a video of Caicos and it was great. That might be the trip. Do you think your DW would let your DD dive with hammerheads? I have to check on when the hammerheads school to make sure we get there during the best time of the year. Don't want to make that trip unless we see lots of hammerheads.

Blessed Sunday Morning!

Wow did we have a crazy day yesterday!

The plan was to go up to go grocery shopping, then to Milwaukee for a few hours to an Irish Christmas Boutique, then to the zoo and then off to a wedding and end up at my in-laws for dinner.

The zoo was filler as it was close to where the wedding would be. We were only going to the church. It is a girl I work with but not close enough to for the reception, but I recommended the church to her because it is where Mark and I got married 14 years ago.

So the day starts out bad with Mark being called into work to fix something. That puts us behind. Get a late start to skip grocery shopping as there is a place on the way home from Milwaukee we can go. Go to the boutique and really don't buy anything but have a good time.

Get home and realize there isn't enough time for the zoo now so we head on out to wedding. The one highway is moving great but the second is bumper to bumper! I look over and see that the gas gage is on E! We had meant to stop for gas on the way down to the wedding and got rushed and forgot. So now we are running late and have to get off the highway and find a gas station. We find one and the pump won't accept our credit card. So we give the guy $10 to at least get 5 gallons.

We get to the church right as the bride is walking up the aisle. I hate being late but oh well. Go to take my first picture and the camera dies! The battery is dead and we don't have a spare. Mark runs out and finds a gas station a few blocks from the church. He fills up and gets new batteries. Guess what? After a few attempts at pictures (that all came out too dark because we were too far away) the camera dies again as they are walking down the aisle. I didn't get one good shot :(

The bright spot of the day was that we went up and talked to the music director. He was our organist at our wedding (he had just joined the parish and I was one of his first brides). As we walked up he got a big smile on his face and gave us a big hug. It was so nice to see him again. He is so sweet and much better than who we have at our church.

Then off to the in-laws for the evening.

I need a day just to relax from my day off. :D So the laundry is in and we are making plans to go see the Incredibles later this morning.

Sue & Mary Ann - got your pms and have sent you both back one. :D

Good Morning Everyone

It's a beautiful day her today. Supposed to be 65 degrees. Then tomorrow, gonna be 40 for the highs. ahhh, New England..If you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it will change.

Perfect day to clean out the garage. We need to fix the shed & clean the back yard from our wind storm the other day. It blew the doors open and snapped the latch off. My yard is full of tree branches (huge ones) from the wooded lot behind our fence. What a mess!!!

First night of the cruise...
Well I have trouble sleeping, especially on vacation. It takes me a couple days to get used to it and I literally don't sleep. It's very annoying. DH can sleep on a rock and he snores to boot so that doesn't help. Last time I tried that sleep capsule and it really did work for me. I felt so rested and didn't have trouble sleeping for the rest of the cruise. I am going to try to fit that in on the day we sail and hopefully it will do the trick again. Then hopefully O will be rested enough to go to the clubs and get a good nights' sleep.

Stacey, I know what you mean about DH being a stick. I wanted to go clubbing last time but he just wasn't into it. I ventured down there by myself but I just wasn't comfortable. I was bummed cause everyone was having so much fun.

Mary - got your pm...It is my pleasure to be helping you out. You have done so much to unite this group. Enjoy a relaxing day today!!

Has anyone gone to Trunk Bay? I keep hearing that it is a must see. I think we would enjoy it and it is XMas Day so I kinda left that day open to be laid back anyway. If we wouldn't feel rushed I think it would be a great trip. Is anyone else planning on going there?

Do you think the ferry will still be running on the holiday? How long does it take to get over there?

Any info would be great.

Thanks
Mary Ann

Mary Ann - can't help from recent experience but I was at Trunk Bay 20 years ago and it was beautiful!

Maybe I'll get back someday soon, but this year we are doing Coral World and Sea Trekkin!
