Finally some respite from the heat today... some welcome rain and thunderboomers!

Maybe I will try chat tonight. Is the new room any friendlier to AOL members?

No plans for this weekend.... think I'll try a "clean sweep" on one of my rooms of clutter....LOL
Anyone here going to the AK Pin event next weekend? Come on.. I can't be the only Pin Addict here.....

MK has 12,213 parking spaces... now if someone takes up more than their share... then I guess it would accomodate fewer vehicles
The lot covers 125 acres... more acreage than the MK itself at 107.

Yes, I went out and counted the spaces since I was so bored.....LOL

This weekend my DD graduates from high school. We are taking her out for dinner (along with my ex and her husband).

I don't have to stay at DS's ball practice, DD is at a friend's house, and DH is going to play ball.

Following all those conversations was like watching DD IM with all her friends.

Stacey, I've got you beat. I get the house to myself for the whole weekend! DD and DH are going scuba diving. Now, what should I do? I know! I'll get some work done. Way too much goofing off with DD this week.

Speaking of which, we just got back from seeing HP III. Excellent, excellent movie. Funny and scary and moving, just wonderful. Will be seeing it again.

Pindiva, if your Clean Sweep is a success, can I be next?

Busy weekend here too! We have a Tae Kwon Do picnic tomorrow and two open houses. Of course all are between 12-5 and I have to work evenings this weekend at the hospital so I go in a 2:30pm. DH and DSs will have to go to the last party without me.

Sunday before work and after church we are all going to see Harry Potter (that is the plan anyway). Speaking of selling tweens cheap...any takers on a couple of hormonal 13yo boys?? Do you think their heads could really spin all the way around? No one told me boys are moody at this age too!!

I'm so lonely for DCL I'm sitting here reading this thread and watching the DCL DVD. Wish I could figure out how to chat with aol.

I too am living vicariously through Mary and Mark's DVC trip. Keep the updates coming!

I do have to get the June newsletter up. Just haven't had time with being away at the end of the month and then catching up at work.

We have tickets to see Harry Potter in Imax on Sunday morning. Doing Mass at 7 am (as usual) and the movie at 10 am.

Well, took me long enough to get smart....I forgot that I have MSN also!
I signed on to MSN to get in to chat. Funny how with AOL, I could read but not reply.
Jay & I are usually at our games (or I'm out of town) on Friday nights, so I've not tried before.
Now I'm dizzy!!

Anyway.....going to go watch the D-Backs play the Dodgers...winning so far.
It's still 101 outside, and it's 7:45......glad I'm not playing ball!
