I guess I have no choice but to pack today. I made out a list last night of things that we need to take. The important things are highlighted: annual passes/voucher, PINS, money, checkcard. You know the stuff that can't be bought if forgotten.
Must get DD off to school in a bit. Be back in a bit.

Morning all! Boy everyone must be gone, since it was such a quiet night! Stace, what'd you do with most of the west coasters? We get input from Lynda and Paul, but what happened to Christy (2bellesmom) and Dee? I miss catching up in the morning.
Leilani, no problem, I'm the one who always puts Barb (jilljill) further up the east coast than she is, cause I keep forgetting (it's Delaware, right Barb????)
GarRy/Vicki, if you read before you leave, does this mean you're considering the chocolate trip??? What fun! Hey, I realized that the date we picked will work really well for us. That's county fair weekend here, and the kids actually get out of school for the fair (one of those little surprises about living someplace this rural!!). This means we can drive up leisurely on Friday and enjoy the free preview Friday night. You all do realize that with Hershey Park, you can go in for free the last two hours before the day you visit? This lets you get a sense of the park layout before the big day.
Happy trips all! And Leilani, we're looking for LOTS of pictures from that Cat 1!

Mary, you're right!! Doooope! Well, us experienced Hershey Park people (ready for this Charlotte??) will have to show you all where to go. The park really is sprawling. I know I didn't find the water park area at all in our first trip (of course, the fact that it was 60 degrees and raining probably had something to do with that), and I still haven't found the zoo section after 4 times in the park. We just ran out of time!

Yep, Mary...Breathless...I knew you'd know. We had a blast! DS had our driver racing it! Very impressive boat, a beauty.
Anywho.....after spending 3 days on car lots, today I am going to go to work and get some rest! Car shopping now ranks right up there with ironing! I didn't realize it, but the Equinox that I bought is one of only a few in Arizona until fall. I should take a picture of it. Funny thing, I finally took it down and had them detail it, Pete had his new purchase detailed, and half way home it decided to POUR rain! LOL. I don't mind, and I live on a dirt road, but boy...was Pete upset! It's his very first new car, and it got DIRTY before he even got it home. Poor kid.
I am worried about Dee and Christy....hope I didn't do anything to run them off. Come back, ladies! We really need you!
Careful travels to everyone....jilljill...get packing! ring ring ring ring I keep hearing a ringing sound in my ears, like a telephone. Odd.

P.S. If there's anything I can do for anyone while they are in Maui, The Walt Suite, at WDW without the rest of us.....please let me know. I'm sure I'll have PLENTY of time on my hands talking to myself!!!!

Hello everyone 
Happy Thursday!
We are back from our whirlwind 24 hours in Orlando... and the walk thru on our new place went very well! I also had enough time to get to the appliance store and pick out a fridge, washer and dryer and set them up for delivery next week right after closing! YIPPEE!
Here's a good one in the continuing saga of the Magic repositioning ...... DH was on the phone making some DVC reservations and "just happened" to inquire about it.... the DVC people denied any knowledge and transferred him to the Cruise specialist or whoever..... The new person listened to his tale of the rumored repositioning and then told him... "We were told that the Disney Ships are too wide to fit thru the Panama Canal"....... LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
DH was too hysterical ...otherwise (history and geography buff that he is) he said he would have informed them that the Magic at it's widest point would still have approximately 2 feet to spare. Some ships only have inches. Of course I got the whole lecture
about the history of the Panama Canal, it's original width and then the revised width by the Army Corp of Engineers..etc etc. fortunately the DVC people were spared....LOL
Spoke with Gail although we didn't get the chance to meet up.
It was such a beautiful day here yesterday they just couldn't drag themselves away from the beach... and I didn't blame them a bit!! At least I'll recognize her voice when we get on the cruise! It was nice chatting with you Gail!!
Okay... back to unpacking all the new pins I came home with! I can spend more in 24 hours than some people can in a week!
