I've decided I want to change my user name.

I can't seem to do it when clicking on EDIT PROFILE.

Any suggestions

Morning all from rainy, dreary Maryland. At least we'll have a free night now that Tee Ball practice has been cancelled.

Lisa - See how Stacey and Virgil just kept posting and posting....I was snared into their late-night talk fest and [size=]HAD[/size] to reply! (Yea, right, like I need an excuse to chat or stay up late....have always been a night owl.)

Mary - I got it! That was a good one - had me going there for a second or two.

Mary - Thanks for adding Carson's name - I should have gotten our family info to you sooner....can I snail mail you a couple of family pics? I can't email any - disk drive in cpu tower is on the blink.

Stacey - Done on the BR ball - just don't know when I'll get it to you, as they haven't set up their Spring golf match yet. Let me know your DS's name. Might be able to snag a Cal Ripken one, too, at the end of July. DS (8) is going to a week-long baseball camp taught by the great one himself at his new minor league stadium in Aberdeen, MD (Cal's hometown).
And a fellow ebay addict?! What I need to do is learn how to sell on it, since I have buying down to a fine art.

Morning all! I am so busy trying to get work done and get on that plane to Maui next week. I'm glad to see that you haven't passed my magical post of 4444. But you are getting close. I will have to keep an eye out today and make sure you don't pass me up! But, I am in board meetings from 1:30-5:30 today MST! so, don't pass me by!

I caught up on my missed reading for the last day and a half, but I am so tired, I can't remember most of what I read. GarRy-we'll see if the next person can get those weeds down for us. I need to brighten my day so I am going to go look at the Wonder for a sec.

Thanks for the April 1 joke! At first I thought OH COOL, but then realized it was April 1. Probably with our group we will be able to take over any spot for lunch on any sea day. We just need a time and place!!!!!

My friend's 2 sons went to this camp last year and loved it.
Another ebayer here too. I just started doing some seling this year. Gotta move some stuff out of the house one way or another before we move .

jilljill - That's neat that you know someone who actually went to the camp last year! When I found out about it earlier this year, our DS was one of the last ones to get in - it's sold out again. Did Cal give them autographs??

Charlotte, We are in for Hershey!!! Anyone else that would like to join us??? I will just need to plan in advance as we will need to make room reservations and I work at a pool and tennis club p/t in the summer so I will have to let them know in advace as I work one weekend day every week for a few hours.

Yep, I wanted to change my user name also to Sea-U-Later to see if I could get it in a different way, but the only way I could find was to create a new user account, and I didn't want to have to start all over!

Checking in quickly from the beach. Drive wasn't bad, only in rain for about 20 miles or so. It's cold and windy down here. I forget in the spring how much colder it is.

Charlotte, I don't know about autographs from the baseball camp, I never asked.

Getting ready to run out the door and go to the Disney Outlet. I hope they have something, I feel like spending money today.

Wow...what a long doggone day!
The only fun part was going with my DH to pick out new glasses (what a sad life I lead). I have been dying for him to get rid of the big clunkers he wears and get "with it". So it was fun.

Charlotte....my son's name is Jared. Cal Ripkin has the most beautiful blue eyes. I'm a sucker for blue-eyed baseball players....like my DH. And my all-time favorite Diamondbacks player, Mark Grace. Well, former player, to be an announcer this year. That means I'll get to see even more of him. On TV anyway. Our seats are below ground level, between home and first base, & he played 1st....so I used to see alot of him before! Rambling.

Mary...you really did have me! I was thinking that I wished they'd been doing that when we had our group of 20 for the wedding. We only saw Mickey once.....well, twice, he did show up with Goofy right after the wedding for a photo...but he was in his CC duds, not his Capt. formals.
Will be watching the mail!

jilljill....don't freeze your toesies! Have fun. I totally understand the mom/wife thing. Thus, the Vegas trips. It's the whole idea of having someone do it all for us for a change. No dishes, cooking, beds to make, laundry....I could do it for the rest of my life. Just booked DH and I for mid-May....penthouse suite at the Mirage. That means in 2 weeks I go with my mom, 2 weeks later with Jay, 2 weeks after that is Disneyland, and then 2 weeks later Vegas again. Guess I won't complain about not going to Hawaii, but it still isn't as good as a cruise!!!

Better get some things done here, the take DD to dance....will be on tonightto chit chat again...but not as late!!! I can't keep up with you young 'uns!

P.S. For April Fool's at work I told the guys it would be a week until we got paychecks because the accountant's office was being sprayed for bugs and they couldn't go back in. Our one guy who likes to think he's ever-so-clever fell for it!!!
Now THAT was fun!

jilljill - Glad you made it safe and sound. A Disney outlet? And just where would that be? No biggie on the autograph thing....just wondering. I'll have a couple of balls and a new black sharpie ready...just in case.

Stacey - Cal does have the most intensely blue eyes. He's doing a few more commercials now and it's always a surprise to see him without his baseball cap. Tell DS Jared we'll try to snag him a Cal one, too.
Your seats sound great! We haven't done season Orioles tickets yet....maybe when the boys get a bit older. We've going this coming Wed. night - opening day is this Saturday, but only the season ticket holders (and ebayers with deep pockets) get into that one.

Lynda - I bet Cash looks spiffy in his dress-up clothes.....the yellow outfit - I can't wait to see!

Mary - Thanks for offering to scan the pics - now, I just have to find some recent ones that won't scare you all off!

Thanks Charlotte....I think I know what else will be in Jared's Christmas stocking...that will be soooo cool.
DH & DS are going Saturday...but they're sitting by the swimming pool with Jared's team (they are the Diamondbacks also). I don't want to go sit by the pool....way out in right field...plus, I think the "girls" need to go shopping.
I have to find a "Kentucky Derby" outfit for the party at the Mirage after the slot tournament. Plus, they're having an "Outrageous Hat" contest. I don't do hats...but I can be outrageous. Been looking at the Vintage hats online. Need an outfit, first, though.
Charlotte, you can edit your post once it comes up and there's an error. Click the edit button in the lower right corner, fix the boo-boo, and click "save changes". I have to do it all the time, because my brain goes faster than my fingers. Sadly, in most situations.....so does my mouth. Gets me in trouble.
