My DW was just telling me that she wants to move somewhere where it's warm all the time but she would need a swimming pool.
I'm not sure she would like it that hot though!

I started my shopping for the cruise yesterday taking advantage of the End O' Summer sales. I still didn't find a good swimsuit yet. Stacey, I was thinking maybe some lime green thread!

You men are so lucky......you aren't sitting around waiting to see what size you'll be in December.

I was going to start out on Monday, back to the gym, eating properly........then realized I'm going to my parent's for a week.
My family is the type that sits at breakfast deciding where they are going for lunch and dinner!
It's one giant eating frenzy...what else is there to do in Nebraska?????
Even my DS is already asking if we're going to eat at his favorite places!

It's 92° right now and for a change it's not all that humid, but it's by no means a dry heat. It's just plain hot .

Hi all - Hope that everyone is having a nice Sunday....

It's hot and muggy here..... Stacey - dry heat - yea.... I once rented a convertible to surprise DW when we were in Phoenix at a conference of hers...Had to drive it once with the top down during the day - just to say we did it - felt like we were face to face with a blow torch going down the interstate (yes we had the AC on full...) It was nice at night tho...LOL

OK - I admit - I scheduled myself to work today... DW had to take DD to camp and was going to be gone most of the day - so I worked..... Now I'm sitting here watching the race, waiting for her to get back.... Of course she'll be upset that Jr.s doing poorly - and was involved in the wreck that Tony caused..... She's probably yelling at the radio in the car on the way down the interstate....

Hey Virgil...that blowtorch analogy was actually one of the most accurate I've heard in a long time!
I think it's about 107 right now.

It felt like 120 walking down the strip the other day. We only walked it once and I put my foot down. After that we took taxi's.

I'm a major wimp in the heat. So how long do you think I'll last in the parks in August????

Almost done with the laundry. It's hot in here, even with the a/c on. The family is sitting on the couch saying "It's not hot!"
I wouldn't be hot if I were sitting on the couch, too.

Good evening everyone! Well, we made it back from the convention at the Swan. (I never did go - was too busy at the pool at POFQ!!!) The spa at the GF was wonderful - I had never done that before. The massage was soooo relaxing, can't wait for my next one at sea. Friday night we had dinner at CA Grille. The friends that we were with don't really do Disney and had never been there. They were blown away and now can see why it's our favorite restaurant. We were there from 9 until midnight. Had a great seat at the window and Wishes was beautiful. Saturday evening we took them to O'Hana's. They told us we could be their travel guide anytime; so, I guess they really enjoyed that as well. We were talking about Pleasure Island at dinner and they wanted to go - so off we went. I've never heard them laugh so much as they did at the improv and Adv. Club. Once again, DH (Boyd) was singled out.
Okay, better go - hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Time to pack lunches for work and camp.

That's why they sell Mickey bars and have a/c in the shops. The best thing.....all the cold drinks you can get as walk around World Showcase
