Hi everyone. I just got off the phone with the supervisor who is helping me at DCL for the bruch. She forwarded the list over to the higher up who handles thse large parties. They will get back to me. I was informed it can take several weeks. So we must now wait and see if we got the date of 12/20 that we requested.

Our early dining seating was also sent over 3 tables of 8. 8 is the magic number. Tables can not be make any larger as I was informed of this several times today. The captian has an extra table which is 10 and only for his use.

Daina, I sent you two e mails.

Mary, I sent you two e mails as well but they went to your work e mail-sorry about that.

Stacey, sent you an e mail too.

Just a quick hello and I'm out the door again. Dance & pizza tonight. (DD dances while the rest of us get fat eating pizza)

The doctor removed the mole......ouch.....said he's 99.999% positive that it's benign. Just a dumb mole. He went on to point out all the little spots I have...."These are moles, these are from the sun, these are age spots ..." Thanks, Doc, you can stop now!

Yep...eight is the magic number. With our group of 20, we had two 8's and a four. The bride, groom, best man, and maid of honor took the four. My side had exactly 8, and their side had exactly 8...so it worked out pretty well. We did play musical chairs a few times. Our waitstaff tended to only us, too, which was nice for them and for us.

Okay...out of here for now. I'll be back later if I can get on here! (No, that's not a threat)

You know what I told the nurse? I said "Oh well, fat and happy. That's me!" She laughed. She said she'd never had anyone say that before.
The doc was checking for moles, I think he missed some spots. He didn't look under all the rolls!

Question for dog people......DH left the garbage where the little dog could reach it, and he (dog) ate some chicken bones. He didn't choke, so that's good, but is it going to be trouble for his stomach? What about when it passes? Should I take him to the Vet?
If DD comes home, and something has happened to her baby, she'll never let me watch my future grandchildren.

No, seriously....help!

I talked with my DW and we both think that if the bones got passed the throat the little creature should be ok.
Disclaimer - I'm not a licensed Vet but I do watch a lot of TV.

Hi everyone!

Still alive, just haven't been on the board forever it seems. But, by the page count, you all have been busy posters!!

We've had some unexpected things to deal with, so life has been over-the-top busy. In keeping with the "when it rains, it pours" theme of our life these days........our youngest DS broke his collar bone last weekend, so we got to try out a new ER. Virgil - we went to Children's Hospital in D.C. and were they ever fabulous! It's my ER "of choice" from now on!

Gail - I sent you an email and a pm. Sorry I didn't respond before now......I haven't been on the boards and didn't realize you were doing the Brunch count.

Mary - Also sent you an email and pm, too. Same thing - sorry it's taken me so long to respond!

Hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the early summer. I'll never catch up on all the pages.....so if I've missed anything juicy, fill me in!
