2003 Entertainment Book?

We will be going to WDW next July/early August and I am wondering if I buy the 2003 edition if the offers would have already expired?? Anybody know when the 2003 Entertainment book expires...I am thinking Dec. 2003.

When will the 2004 come out for sale?

Most of the local coupons expire November 1, 2003 in the 2003 edition.

I have seen the new entertainment book (for the following year) at the Labor Day Festivals around here... they probably come out a little earlier than that though

I've got a question about the Entertainment Books - I know they expire (so the 2003 book most vouchers expire Nov 2003), but if I get a 2004 book, can I use it before Nov 2003?
ie is there a start date on the offers? or just an end date?

For the 2003 book I have here, the coupons say valid now through November 1, 2003.
So I would think as soon as you get one you can start using it.
