2003 AAA discounts?

Not planning a trip again until 2004 but wondering if AAA discounts are out yet for 2003? I think they came out around this time last year for 2002. I'm thinking this may be my best bet for a discount in late Feb. which is peak season.

I don't think AAA rates came out until later in July. Again, though, if you are planning on 2004, the rates will only be for 2003.
