2003-2004 body for life journal

Hi Deb,
Just wanted to let you know that I did the entire loop and a walked half and ran half of it. Not sure on the distance though - I'll have to figure that out. I'm coughing a little now because of the cold air but it really wasn't all that bad running in the cool weather. Although I can't wait until Spring. :) Did you keep up your end of the bargain???

That's it! I'm vowing to make a goal of starting a walking program by February, even if only a couple of days a week at first. You're tiring me out just reading your journal.;) You're an inspiration! Have a great weekend Deb.:D

hi amanda........sorry i have been really busy round the house this week.......we leave for wdw on friday.....spending fri nite in stl then flying out on sat morn. thanks for checking on me. i was unable to run outside last sat cuz i had to run early before it got warm and there was still a bit of snow on the ground here. i am glad to see that you did still make it out.......that is great! we can do more challenges in the future if you want.i see that you signed up for the half marathon too!!!!!! me too!!!!!!

doe........i didnt lose a even a pound last week.......boohoo!!!!!......but i didnt gain either.

i have been staying on track and eating really healthy meals.....i am really am living a new lifestyle.......the pounds dont make too much of difference....they will go eventually.

workouts are doing fine too.

gonna check a few journals, altho i am short on time.......take care everyone...........i'll be back on here after our trip. my exercise plan for the trip is to run 20-30 mins daily first thing in the morning everyday. does anyone know if okw has a workout room with wts?
 
Don't feel bad Deb, I 'm short on time too but I want to try to touch base with as many of my fellow WISHers as I can today.

I was in the same boat a couple of weeks ago with no loss. But hey, no gain is a good thing. I'm sure the scale will move for you soon. Take care!:D

I was just checking on you. I hope you have a fabulous trip. With the AM running, and all the walking at WDW, you'll probably lose weightdown there. Have fun.
