That's mine and DH's income tax refund! WHOPEE!! Haven't discussed what we want to do with it, but we have no need for anything really. At least not right away. We have plenty of wants, but must decide which two of our wants is the priority...one for me and one for him...and we get to treat ourselves! :teeth: I just feel blessed to be getting that much. :cheer2:

Great! I have mine all planned for, in fact most is gone already LOL. I got 6,000 back this year and some paid for our upcoming vacation in June, some paid for summer camp for my daughter, got my car tuned up and new tires, and summer clothes for my daughter.

That's great. Now go into work and change your tax withholding so that you can have that $166.67 per month in your actual paycheck instead of loaning it interest free to Uncle Sam every year. :thumbsup2

:cool1: We're getting a refund too, and we know how we're going to spend it! :thumbsup2

do I foresee a Disney vacation soon ? :confused3

Congrats on your Tax Return :cheer2:

Good for you! I got a good one this year too. I used some of it to pay for mine and my niece's airfare for our Vero Beach/WDW trip in May, and I used some of it for a PS3 (which I never thought I could afford), paid off some bills and saved the rest.
When I get a refund or a bonus I try to divide it up so I use some of it for savings, some for bills and some for fun.

We got about the same and I think we'll put it toward our vacation in June. Maybe spring for the Alaska cruise instead of camping in Glacier Nat'l Park. ;)

That's great!!!

If we get any back we will use it to buy our AP's but I have a feeling we will have to pay.:headache:

we're getting over $7,500 back. All going to the Credit Card!

I'm getting a large refund too. Not because I have too much taken out in taxes, but thanks to the very high amount of medical expenses last year. I knew I would get a refund because of the previous year and expenses, so I managed to pay a few extra medical bills before 31 December so that I could "add" to my refund! I certainly will be glad to someday be rid of the medical expenses, but for now....it's just a "weird" kinda savings plan. I pay the bills and then get "paid back" later!

Thanks for the advice, but I'm a server and I'll NEVER see that much money in my paycheck...not at $3.68 an hour. I have an $8.00 an hour rate that I do twice a week, but it still won't make a difference. :rolleyes1

:cheer2: COOL!!!! ...You can always spend it on a trip to Disney? :confused3

I haven't been to Disney in nearly seven years and I just don't have the desire to go anytime soon. :duck: Not sure where I want to go though. I talked to DH about Universal, but that probably won't be til next year or so. Stone Mountain GA is my place of vacation here lately...love Atlanta...love the area!
