We had a shipboard credit of $200 plus a 10% discount from a placeholder booking we made in 2018. We have been canceled from our May 2020 Alaskan cruise. We have been promised a 125% credit to rebook.

Can we carry over the $200 credit and 10% discount to a new booking with the 125% credit? In other words can you consolidate the offerings ???

Haven't seen the $200 mentioned anywhere.

Yes, you can carry-forward the OBB along with the 125% FCC as long as your new dates are not blacked-out.

Enjoy your cruise!

is your new planned cruise inside of the 24 month date where you need to use your placeholder, or is Disney extending those if your cruise was canceled?

Great question, due to Covid-19 we rescheduled our August 2020 cruise to next year in August 2021 and in doing so it put us beyond 24 Months from the original place holder so we lost the 10% and the $200 on board credit.

We did this a few weeks ago so not sure if Disney has changed policy on this since then?

DCL has not announced any kind of special rebooking policy for August 2020, and is still treating those cruises as if they are going to sail (which may well the case), so you rebooked subject to the ordinary placeholder terms. For people whose cruises were cancelled and are using the 125% credit, or for people in late May on the Dream/Fantasy whose cruises have not yet been cancelled but have the option to rebook with 100% credit, those people have been allowed to keep expiring placeholder benefits on their future cruises.
