For example- if we eat at Flametree BBQ on Monday at 3 PM, can I use that receipt the next morning (Tuesday) before 1 PM at the Emporium at MK?

The coupon will have an expiration date.
You can use it at any of the stores listed, in the AM, on any date before the expiration date.

Anyone know if an AP discount or TiW discount can go on top of this one? Or can they not be combined?

Cannot combine discounts.

ETA...I would say that you would be able to use the AP or TiW cards for the meal, but not the AP for a further discount for the shopping.
