Forgive me if this is a repost, but I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything....

I saw in the Travel section of today's New York Times(6/15) that Courtyard by Marriott is running their (in)famous $20.03 rate until Oct. 3. I tried to call to book, but their office was closed, so I'll try tomorrow morning. Just thought I'd pass it along. Their website is http://www.courtyardorlando.com

I have ressies at HIFS for December. Hopefully they will extend this great rate even longer and I will be able to save even more money! Thanks for the heads up.

Be sure to call the hotel directly for this. People who have called the Marriott number have been told the rate does not exist.

I can only hope that it gets extended! I am waiting on final confirmation on the house we want to rent, but I would rather do this in a heartbeat and just get two rooms.:Pinkbounc

hi :)

i called the 1-800 number the other day to get the comformation number for our room (the lady i spoke with did not give one to me which made me nervous)

the man i spoke with told me that there was nothing he could have done to change my reservation at all- he couldnt even really look at it :) that makes me feel better- i am afraid that we are going to get there and not have a room lol!!

I did not realize that any rooms were still available at that rate, QuickGold. We talked about it a lot here in early April.

As a matter of fact, my family is going to WDW in August with that rate. And there are quite a few others from this site going and getting that rate.

I sure would love to hear that some more people are able to take advantage of this fantastic promotion.

(And CarolA is right - be sure to call the CbyM directly to book this rate. They will be the only ones who can help you with it. :) )

Good Luck everyone! :)

I called this morning for this rate. Unfortunately, the rate begins in August. I was told that many of the nights are sold out, and there's nothing over 5 days available consecutively. There are a few single days together, some strings of 3 days here and there.

Good luck!

YES!!!

YES!!!

YES!!!

I just booked a room on Sept. 29 for $20.03!!!!
I tried it last night but they put me directly to the 1800 number, and that poor woman couldn't help at all so I tried again today. I just now called at 8:20 am CST and got Jeff at the Reservation Desk (had to wait a little while) and he was very friendly :)

He had thought I wanted Sept 29 through Oct 3 initially I think--and those dates ARE still available.

Too awesome-----thanks SO much, QuickGold!

We could really use this on Oct. 7 as well, but like QuickGold says it ends on Oct. 3. Regularly it's $99!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be more specific, August 10 - October 3. It is (and was) only available Sun-Thursdays. We got the AAA rate for the weekend to give us a full week there.

I called this morning...we'll be there for a few days in September (9, 10, 11)..and are considering the Radison, which Mousesavers has a special at for the rest of the trip. Trying ot decide, as it's been a long time since we stayed the whole trip off Disney property. For the tenth, we paid the $49 rate, since they were sold out of the $20.03.

Hi DMRick!

How did you get a $49 rate for the dates that $20.03 were not available? The AAA rate that I got was $67 or $69.

Always looking to save a few more dollars, you know. ;)

I would love to know as well. We are paying the $69 AAA our first night but may consider doing all 8 nights at CBY instead of switching to WL if it is $49 the other nights.

It's only good on nights that they offered the $20.03 and it wasn't available. Weekend rates would be what you paid. For instance..they had Tuesday and Thursday available, but not Wednesday. I was offered the $49 plus tax something for Wednesday.

If I had been thinking, I would have booked the Wed for $39 through DU and had the ressies linked if possible.
I'm trying to decide if I should extend my whole stay there with the AAA rates, move over the the Radisson with Mousesavers or wait for AP's..It's been a long long time, since I spent an entire trip totally off of "real" Disney property.

One of my nights, for one of my rooms, the $20.03 rate was not available so I booked it at the AAA rate of $69. I may call back to see if I can get that reduced to the $49 rate. I could use that $20 for ice cream. :)

If you need to, PM me and I'll give you my name, so you can offer it up as proof.
