We will be hitting both the water parks when we go in May. Our youngest will have just turned 2 (a very tiny girl too). I was wondering if it's unreasonable to think she can do the family raft slides? I know there's no height requirement, but I seem to recall last time we took our older kids you have to be able to hold on pretty well. Anyone taken kids this age on them? Thanks.

We took our newly 2 year old to Blizzard Beach last May. She did great. We actually went on the ride 4 times.

Thanks for asking this. My DS will be 23 months when we go and I was wondering the same thing.

We took our 22 month old on the BB family raft ride and he loved it.

We took our 3 1/2 year old on the BB family raft ride. I thought it was pretty rough. DD loved it, but I'm not sure about a 2 year old. They sort of have to sit by themselves, so a 2 year old might not be able to do that.

Im planning on taking my 2 girls on the family raft ride when we go, they will be 2 & 3 and a half.

Thanks everyone - I think we'll try it. She loves following big brother and sister around and I think would get a big kick out of it.

DS10 went on the family raft ride when he was 2 and loved it! Definitely depends on the kid and how they are with both slides and water. We always have our little ones wear their life vests on the bigger rides. (This may be required?) Keep in mind that the chair lift to get up the mountain has a height requirement. If she doesn't meet it, you will have to take the stairs and it is a long hike up to the summit.
We also took him on the double tube slide (name?) which he loved too. Problem with that is it is difficult climbing the stairs with a 2 year old and a big tube. :scared1: I was exhausted after one trip! Spent a long time in the lazy river after that climb. ;)

TL has a kid's area. Maybe she'd enjoy that. It even has a mini lazy river/slide.
Don't know if she could handle the big rides. Has she been on any rollercosters? How she reacted to those might help you make your decision. You couldn't get me on one of those rides for anything when I was two. You still can't get me on them now! :rotfl2:
Have fun on your trip!:thumbsup2:):goodvibes
