2 trips - which resort for which month?

We have 2 trips we are looking to book next year. August and Thanksgiving, both for 1 week.

We want to stay at the Yacht Club concierge and the AKL concierge.

How are the bugs at the AKL on either of these months? One worst then the other?

Any benefit staying at one over the other for these 2 months?

Both of these are wonderful resorts. Oct & Nov are the worst months for mosquitos in Florida. Not really matter where you are they will find you. Saying that the pool at YC is incredible and I would stay there in August then do AKL in Nov.
