2 things: Mickey Watches and Mickey Shoes?

First, where is the best selection of Mickey watches in WDW?

And second, on our last trip (3/03) I bought a pair of women's white tennis shoes that had Mickey on each side. I got them at the store right at the front of AK, they were under $20. Do they still sell these anywhere?

I find the best spot to check out watches are: the watch store on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom (it's on the right if you are facing the castle), the World of Disney Store at Downtown Disney, and Mouse Gears in Epcot.

Karen's right. That's where I got my watch in August and they had a great selection in all price ranges. I saw the tennis shoes in almost every shop we went into..including the ones in the resorts. You shouldn't have too much trouble finding them. Happy hunting!!

I've purchased Mickey Sneakers at the World of Disney Store in Downtown Disney and at the Character Carnival on the Boardwalk. DW calls them "Mickey Bobo's" and says they are the most comfortable sneakers she's ever worn. We usually get a couple of pair each year.

TiggMan-Yeah, the shoes I bought 2 years ago were very comfy too! I bought them on our 2nd or 3rd day there (the sandals I brought with me gave me blisters! ) and wore them everyday for the rest of our week. They were wonderful! I wore them a lot that following summer too. I'm so glad they still have them!!

In addition to what has already been posted, I just thought I'd throw in that MGM has quite a few jewelry stores as well. Some of it can be a bit pricey, but I found mine in one of MGM's shops in Oct. Just like with everything else in life, you have to shop for the right price with the right merchandise!

Mouse Gears in EPCOT has a large selection of watches, also. I will have to check out those sneakers the next time we go!

The main store at Downtown Disney has a really nice collection of watches

When shopping for watches, one thing I would suggest is to look around at the various stores as you tour the property. I don't think any one store has all of the watches, so the more you look, the bigger variety you'll see(although some designs will turn up at every shop). Another nice selection is available at CR at Kindgom Jewelers(it's in that long strip of stores that all run together).

I got a pair of those Mickey sneakers from the Disney catalog last September. I don't think they have any in there now, but they may for the summer. If you get some good codes, you can save some money there.

Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in... DH and I both bought watches last September at the jeweler on Main Street. DH got a very cool Mickey watch and I had one engraved, so if you're looking for something original you might want to check that out. Happy shopping!
