2 sets of cards?

We are new owners. We got two separate mailings with the same set of membership cards in them last week, a few days apart. I was only expecting one. Are there normally 2?

Normally only one but it sometimes happens. When we bought our second UY I got a second card for our first UY along with the new one.

I agree with pp. I think normally there should be just one set. On one of the contracts I have, I actually received 3 sets. The first set had the wrong dates (the membership since date). They caught it a few months later and sent me a new set, and then another set shortly after.

Just added on at Boardwalk (different use year to existing BLT contract). I have received 4 sets of cards for the contract and my existing contract. They are all identical so I have no idea why other than DVC having a momentary lapse in concentration!

I would have thought with different UYs the member ID cards for your add on would have a different Member number. Have you had any problems using the BWV points with your original Member ID number?

I have two sets of cards that are exactly the same. We purchased at the DVC center in WDW and they gave us a card the day we purchased then sent another card in the mail to us later.
