2 Rooms or 1 at the Polynesian?

We have 3 adults (my wife and I, plus my mother), 1 three-year old and an infant. We're somewhat spoiled and are considering 2 rooms, but also thinking about 1 room as the 2 Queen beds, the DayBed and a crib appear sufficient. Both kids are reasonably good sleepers as well.

While the money's not a huge issue, it's still a lot and if we got 1 room we'd consider springing for concierge and/or lagoon view instead.

I've heard the Polynesian rooms are large, so is it wasteful to get 2 rooms or not? Mom may also skip a night or two, so in that case we'd be leaning toward 1 room.

Your name wouldn't happen to be Ron would it :) ???

We've had 4 adults and 1 child (parents with us) in a single room at the Poly several times and have had no problems at all. For $300 or so per night it's not worth it to us. A 3 y.o. will fit on the daybed just fine.

I can testify that the daybed in the room is really comfy, so I vote one room! I think you can request a crib for the infant (someone correct me if I'm wrong! I've never traveled with children!) so everyone should fit comfortably!
 

So long as it doesn't cramp your style ;) I would go for one room. If there's any resort you can pull this off, it's the Polynesian.
