So the DDP is worth it for a few members of my party and not so much for others. Frankly my 13 yr old is special needs and won't eat many of the more complex dishes. I'm a Veggie gal thus a cheap date. DS1 and DH are big eaters and frankly the kids prices are worth it for the little ones.

Since we have 2 rooms and 2 reservations numbers although they are linked can 1 room be in the DDP while the other does not partake? I have 2 seperate prices for my reservations so it seems to be something we can may be able to do.

Has anyone done this? I can configure our rooms anyway I want with our group.

In 2006 my parents didn't want the plan. They didn't have it on their room and we did. Still had conjoining rooms and all, but they had no dining we had dining. In 2008 they took the plunge and will never go without it again, BUT, that's a different thread.

You will have no problems as long as they are seperate reservations.

That's awesome! And I would probably do it for myself if they still had the appetizer option. As it is I don't eat meat and a bite of desert will do me. I'm much more of a salt person over sweets. I can walk through a football field of sweet and not pick up one but try getting me pass guacamole and chips! It's impossible! :rotfl:

A snack for an adult is the same for a kid right?
