Hi,:wave2:

Help please. I'm A bit confused:worried: I have 2 reservations at the same resort for the same week. One is a bounce back with check out Thursday. Then i booked another night onto the end of that BB. Thursday with a check out Friday.

Do i try to do on line check-in? For the 1st reservation it asks me what time we plan to check out. Well i'm hoping we won't have to check out because i hope we're given the same room for that extra night.

So as not to confuse the 2 reservations i'm thinking we should just go to the front desk.

Need advice~~~what would you do:confused3

Thank You
Liz

I have 3 back-to-back reservations in the same resort. So I guess I have the same question.

I can't answer about OCI as we don't use that, but I would call and have the 2 reservations linked with a request to keep the same room (I assume you booked the same room type). When you check in for the first reservation, tell the CM you have a continuing reservation and would like to stay in the same room if possible. It's not guraranteed that you won't have to move, but they will do everything they can to keep you in the same room :).

I have two reservations for November. I added Sunday before our Monday thru Thursday reservation.

I did online check-in for the first reservation with our expected arrival time, because we usually arrive before noon. I did not give them a number to text when the room is ready, because I want to go to the front desk and see if it is possible to keep the same room. I plan to call and see if the two reservations can be linked.

I did online check-in for the second reservation but just said 10am for the check-in time and our anticipated check-out time when we actually leave the resort.

Unless something has changed, the last time we did this, I had to go down to the front desk and check-out and check-in on our second day, even though we were able to keep the same room. It was quick and simple, I think I just had to give them my credit card again. Don't know if they even require this any more since MDE accounts have your credit card on file.

It is best to go to the front desk to "check-out and then "check in" when your reservations are back to back. If you have the same category of room it should be no issue to stay in the same one.

Thanks everyone for your help:thanks:. I did end up calling the travel reps and she said i could do on line chk in for the 1st reservation and check out as usual then go to the front desk to let them know about our consecutive stay.

The rep also said she noted on the 2nd reservation that we have a resort confirmation for our 1st stay so they are~~ i guess linked.

All in all i think we'll just go to the front desk when we arrive and skip the on line check in.

The only problem with that is, i would have liked to note an early arrival time. We'll be at the resort close to 10am. Driving in from a cruise(Port Canaveral). I guess we could always do laundry:laundy: waiting for our room to open up:D

They did note that it's my:cake: on my reservations so maybe i'll get a littlepixiedust: and the same room:flower1:

So excited only a month away.party:
